The premise of the deck (as anyone who has read Rhys the Redeemed would assume) is token generation. I decided to focus on elf tribal as mana acceleration is key in token generation and Elvish Archdruid and Priest of Titania play well of that.
This deck doesn't run a lot of expensive cards but does have quite a few $4-5 rares.
Best Matchup: This deck's best matchups are against aggro decks as it can get token blockers out fast then start doubling tokens quickly.
Worst Matchup: Going against control isn't ideal, but when is it ever? Control doesn't totally kill this deck as a turn-one general is pretty nice. If your general sticks, you'll always have a play.
All-star team:
Seedborn Muse-this little guy is devasting after a few rounds of token doubling. Usually an early tutor target. In multiplayer, it usually makes me a prime target for hate, but if it stays around until my turn I never lose.
With that being said, being a budget player, I am missing a few cards I would like to have in the deck. To name a few: Enlightened Tutor; Sol Ring; Sensei's Diving Top; Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary; Aluren; Gaea's Cradle; plus a bunch that arent' coming to mind.

Priest of Titania/Elvish Archdruid-paired with Rhys's elf token creation these guys just get better and better. Great synergy with Wirewood Lodge and Vitalize.
Joraga Treespeaker-after a couple games with him I'm really loving him as a turn one play, turn two level, Rhys plus one more green mana left over.
Emrakul, the Aeons Torn-with an ideal hand, a turn four play (or can be cheated into play with a Mosswort Bridge). 'nuff said.
Joraga Warcaller-alternate win condition with a bunch of extra mana
Rings of Brighthearth/Doubling Season-with Rhys's last ability, Rings effectively quadruples and Doubling Season triples.
Vigor-turns all those 1/1 chump blockers into super blockers.
Eldrazi Monument-a big middle finger to all those flyers.
Skullclamp-um, a little obvious: card draw
