The idea with this deck is to sit back and watch everyone bash each other, while making it unfavorable for them to attack me. This is a control deck designed to make it in the late game.
This deck has some very obvious weaknesses, due mostly to being mono white. These include lack of draw power, ramp, and tutors.
You asked about making room for Crystal Ball? I'd say you've got an insane amount of sweepers. I would cut Planar Cleansing or False Prophet for it. Or maybe Martyr of Sands, unless you are comboing with it consistently.
I'd lose Esper Panorama for Inkmoth Nexus before I cut Mistveil Plains. Even with the synergy from crucible, it doesn't seem that hot. Throw in a couple of fetches if you really want that, and lose panorama/terramorphic.
I'll second Scroll Rack, because it's fantastic. I'd also try and squeeze in an Expedition Map, because you have some great utility lands in here and only WW to fetch them out.

I like Scroll Rack more than Crystal Ball here, as it goes nicely with Land Tax and Endless Horizons (which you should also run)
