In my opinion if you have cash, you are not a bum, you are an adventurer. Bums are poor and eat dead birds on the side of the road cuz they have no other options.
I eat dead birds at the side of the road, they call it KFC over here.
By the looks of your lands running Expedition Map would probably help you out a lot, being able to fetch up Volrath's Stronghold/Crypt of Agadeem on demand or just mana fixing you in a pinch would be a worthwhile inclusion.
Maybe a few more counterspells? Running only the generic one is kind of pointless by itself I feel. Maybe Draining Whelk , Undermine or Cryptic Command
Lim-Dul is a good inclusion, but the others might not fit how this deck plays. Stuff is sent to the graveyard, but not really enough that any of those would work well without more sweepers or spot kill. The other problem I see is taking out recurring sac effects to make room for these guys or the token creators below.
I see the use of Cemetery Reaper. There aren't that many creatures in my meta though. Lots of blue combo players.
Swap Doomed Necromancer for Hell's Caretaker.

I will make the swap when I get one. Good call on the Map. I have to find something to swap with it.
Counterspell has kinda been an ace in the hole. It's nice to have one, but countering isn't the point.
Just a question: Has this deck been doing well in Multiplayer?? I am currently making a thraximundar deck for my brother and was wondering if its worth it basically.
Is it possible to have Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician sacrifice two Plains to create two 1/1 black Lizard tokens? Yes. And until you have tried doing so, how can you judge the level of efficiency that doing so holds?

In my experience Thraxi falls short when it comes to multiplayer. Grixis has sacrifice effects and some good sweepers to keep the board clear, but Thraxi just doesn't really shine when people realize that you just threw out 40+ damage at a single person in one turn and unless you slow down NOW, they might be next. Thraxi doesn't mix well with politics. If you want a good Grixis multiplayer I have seen budget Sedris Zombies and budget Crosis Resource Depletion played with much success. But that is just me, the OP may see things differently.

My totally lame custom set: Cheese
You should tell me how much it sucks. Really, I can take it.

Not really a fair question for me to answer.
My meta is dominated by combo players playing broken stuff (Zur, Sharuum, Niv). Agro can usually kill a couple here or there, but not everyone before a combo goes off. Thrax does hold his own though.

Made some of the updates and changes of my own. Moved from an edict bias to more tokens and sacs. I haven't had a chance to playtest the new version yet.
I did keep Nantuko Husk since he's slightly more resilient than Bloodthrone Vampire.

Lim-Dul the Necromancer, Scavenger Drake, Blood Cultist, Deathbringer Thoctar, Gristle Grinner and Hissing Iguanar are begging for a spots.
For some tokens (chumps and/or for the sacrifice effects) Puppet Conjuror, Breeding Pit, Kher Keep and Sarpadian Empires, Volume VII.
I'd remove Withered Wretch for Cemetary Reaper.
Swap Doomed Necromancer for Hell's Caretaker.

Looking back, JtMS is probably a better call than Chandra.

I have 5 other draw spells in the deck. If I added another, it would probably be something like Ambition's Cost before SiB.
