Some other ideas:
Goblin War Drums
Shared Animosity
Cover of Darkness
Coat of Arms
Door of Destinies
These are all about attacking which I don't do much of.

Voracious Dragon
Airdrop Condor
Kathari Bomber
The more non Goblin dudes that are in the deck the more it effects the consistency of the deck. At 3 I'm already pushing it. Airdrop Condor would be great though if it didn't cost so much to cast.

Tuktuk the Explorer
If only the token was legendary! sadly though because it is it makes His usefulness extremely limited

Mogg Fanatic
Mudbutton Torchrunner
I had both of these in the deck at different points and was really sad to see the Mogg in particular go. I had something of an attachment to Him after playing Him in legacy burn for so long. They both got out classed by every other creature in the deck.

Void
Everlasting Torment
Both of these are interesting options. I haven't tried either of them. I'll test them
Understandable. I haven't tested it yet, but I can see how it would be slow. I still just am not much for the 1 time draws. Maybe I'll try some out to see how they work with the deck.

I wanted to run Arms Dealer instead, but it irks me how he can't target players.
Out of curiosity, why are you running Boggart Mob if your deck's main focus isn't attacking? I was even considering dropping him and I run Goblin War Drums and Cover of Darkness.
One goblin I've recently tried out is Goblin Assassin. He's a bit expensive but if you can get him out his ability is pretty nice. Basically a weaker version of Grave Pact. Plus, in this deck you are either sacrificing tokens or recurring your sacrificed creatures with Wort, so you can really start to wipe your opponent's board.

Its worth it if You're focused on the combo plan.

Thats the only reason I don't run Him

I'm not. That must have been another Wort thread You were looking in.

He's fun to play with and if His ability was more relaible (I don't trust coin flipping) I'd be running Him for sure.

I also think you should be running Blood Moon or Magus of the Moon
I probably should. Finding space for them is the problem.

By the way, grabbing Shrieking Mogg end of turn with Mogg Catcher = awesome
Lol. that would annoy the hell out of My play group.
On the same note, Aether Vial at 2, Wort, a sacrifice outlet and that guy. Could be good times:)
With all of the draw power available to goblins I wouldn't be running any of the lifeloss draw that you have in there. I have a wort deck that's absolutley broken. Can consistantly win by turn 5 or so. Here are some suggestions for you.
Battle squadron (errata'd a goblin, he shores up a big weakness for goblins, flying)
Basilisk collar (put it on sharshooter and kill everything that doesn't belong to you. And hey the life is a bonus.)
Skirk prospector (need Serchable sac outlets. One of the best you could ever ask for.)
Mana echoes (paired with prospector can get you obsene amounts of mana.)
Goblin warrens (infinite mana and creatures with echoes and prospector, plus another great sac outlet.)
Sensation gorger (absolutely stupid card draw/hand disruption. Fills your hand back up after you empty it and hoses hour opponents hands. Good times....)
Goblin dynamo ( iknow he's expensive, but he's another combo for collar and great outlet for all that mana ecoes mana. Plus I usually drop him with wizard/instigator/lackey anyway.)
Cairn Wanderer and Taurean Mauler are two nice goblins
I've had them both in the deck at different times but when the deck shifted more towards combo they came out.

Vicious Shadows and Mimic Vat are simply great...
Vicious Shadows costs too much mana for this deck. Flipping it off Bob or Bob Enchanment would hurt too much. I've got Boggart Shenanigans for a much smaller version of the effect.
I haven't really considered Mimic Vat. I wouldn't want to remove My creatures but removing My opponents creatures could be interesting.

I run Vicious Shadows in my Wort deck, and it wins games on its own. Boggart Shenanigans is limited to your own creatures, while Vicious Shadows works when any creature hits any graveyard from the battlefield. Wrath effects often allow you to shoot down at least one other player. Combined with recurring removal with Wort (Gempalm Incinerator, Nameless Inversion, Fodder Launch, etc.), it becomes a must-answer threat.

I get how good it is, I just don't want to run it because of its high casting cost, the hate it draws and becuase the only recursion I have for it is Yawgmoth's Will.

I second the suggestion of adding Basilisk Collar. It makes Goblin Sharpshooter an absolute blowout, and is nice to put onto a Siege-Gang Commander.
I tired it for about 10 games. Every time I saw (6 out of 10) I wished it was something else, even when I had Sharpshooter out.

Goblin Charbelcher + Goblin Recruiter = knock out that last opponent.
It really isn't worth the spot. When I combo off I kill everybody.
im a little surprised you arent playing earthblighter since it fits your theme and is rather good
edit you could also replace a draw 2 with skulltap if the 2 life becomes more of a problem than having a spare creature it also works wonders on already clamped creatures
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.“

I switched back to the heavy basics mana base today. The non basic heavy mana base was more consistent but slowed the deck down too much and theres been a recent influx of moon effects into My playgroup.

I play Viashino Heretic instead of Goblin Tinkerer, but both are fine choices, and the Tinkerer does have synergy with Wort
I'm not crazy about Sign in Blood and Night's Whisper. One-time use draw spells are kind of weak in EDH. Carnage Altar is a better fit in this deck.

I had Him in the deck for a while. He got cut when I realized I don't attack much.
He was in for a while as well. He cost too much to get out and I've got Mogg War Marshal to get the same effect for 1 third of the mana investment.
That why the tinkerer made the deck for Me over the viashano. If I wanted a 2nd copy of the effect I'd consider Him.
If anything these should be Ambition's Cost and Ancient Craving however because I run Dark Confidant and Dark Tutelage the extra mana cost hurts too much. I've tested Carnage Altar, and wasn't happy with it. Its too slow and clunky.
These are all about attacking which I don't do much of.

WOW I completely looked over that guy. He's awesome! I'll need to get my hands on a copy of him.
He is cheaper as well, which helps. I just love flinging people's own artifacts at their face

R Grenzo, Havoc Raiser
BG Varolz, the scar-striped
It could be but it would have to replace some of the other draw cards for life stuff. Theres nearly too much of it in there as is.
Hope this helps. I need to post my decklist, but I never have time...
The best of all the cards You suggested was Skirk Fire Marshal. That Guy is a house!. He has a space in the deck now.
I had Boggart Mob in the deck for a while for the Champion Shenanigans but haven't tested Caterwauling Boggart

(Necrotic Ooze + Mogg Fanatic and Kiki-Jiki in graveyard)
Maybe Anger has a place in the deck too!
I would suggest removing Chandra Nalaar and Dralnu's Crusade
Just my thought though =)
It fits as a redundant combo piece in My build already without adding more combos for it.
