Note: This deck is not aggro. It's purely combo, and many people who play Commander for more casual purposes will not like you too much after playing this deck. Consider yourself warned!
This deck runs smooth as silk, and I suggest it to anyone who's a fan of combos in Commander. If you'd like any tips on how to play it, send me a message.
If your getting tonnes of land and don't know what to do with it, maybe toss in a few direct burn spells: Comet Storm, Banefire and Demonfire are some examples. Naturally you'll need a dash of red mana to kick these off, but they could do lots of damage under the right conditions.
I would cut Bloom Tender you would only get 2 mana, it just doesn't seem worth it to me.
I'm not really interested in going infinite. A lot of my EDH decks do that already, so I was trying to attack a different aspect of this deck. I would cut Bloom Tender, but the 2 mana cost is really nice when i'm producing absurd amounts of mana and need to draw cards. Oracle of Mul Daya is definitely a card I'll slide in for testing.

not that I am trying to get you to change generals but have you thought of running Ezuri, Renegade Leader as a general? I run him as my elfball edh general and he works fantastic. The key is using elves that draw cards when they hit play, mass mana producting elves, and land fetch elves. The usual play is dropping the general the turn you kill someone so they dont have a response window for your general. My usual play is to drop general swing with 4-5 elves while dropping 2-3 overruns off the general. Its a nasty play that not many people can deal with and it can go off very very fast.
OOOOOO and you are missing out on Masked Admirers. He is great as if you get wrathed and have nothing else to do you can start bringing him back off other elves and getting some card draw in.
I suppose my worry here is that I dont see much being contributed from having red in here. At the least I feel that Rhys the Redeemed can do more on his own and he comes out for cheap. I still say that Ezuri, Renegade Leader is a solid general though.
Ohhh one last note. Dont overlook Brass Herald as he is great card draw in a tribal deck like this who also buffs your tribe +1/+1
On the topic of generals, wouldn't Nath of the Gilt-Leaf and his access to black be better if you are concerned about rebuilding after a Wrath? What with Patriarch's Bidding and Living Death and whatnot. He doesn't ramp like Radha, but I don't see a lot of red in your list, and his second ability could be fairly relevant if you ran decent black discard. Persecute and Syphon Mind (fantastic in multiplayer) come to mind.
I know you said you weren't interested in going infinite, but this deck needs more Aggravated Assault. You don't HAVE to use Wirewood Channeler to go infinite with it, but extra combat phases that untap all your creatures are always useful.

OMG. Wild Pair is nuts in this deck. That resolving is almost a game win automatically. It's awesome when a card like that makes Elvish Archdruid one of your worst cards.

Try running some cards like Slate of Ancestry, Regal Force, Genesis Wave, Enshrined Memories, and Nature's Resurgence are all great rebuilding cards however most of them require a decent chunck of mana to use effectively so I would suggest trying some of the elves to do mass mana production.
I suppose there is Collective Unconscious as well but I like Regal Force more as he is tutorable off of Fierce Empath and Fauna Shaman plus he adds one to the cards drawn as he is a green creep.
