I like making up cards for fun, so I thought I'd make my own thread, link to it via signature etc. Newest cards will be put at the top.
==================================================== Heroes' Burial Ground
Land t: Add 1 to your mana pool. t, Remove a creature card from your graveyard:
add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
==================================================== Amnestic Bifurcation u
Sorcery
Each player puts the top five cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.
Flashback u
==================================================== New Factory
Land
~ comes into play tapped and does not untap during your next untap step. T: Add 2 to your mana pool.
==================================================== Dinosaur EggRGG
Creature- Egg T, sacrifice Dinosaur Egg: you may put a dinosaur creature card
from your hand into play.
0/2
==================================================== Goblin Assassin2R
Creature - Goblin Assassin
Provoke
0: Goblin Assassin's power becomes the toughness of target creature blocking Goblin Assassin.
0/1 He gets the job done... unfortunately, it gets him done too.
-Favorite part about this guy is his flavor. You summon him, and you send him in to assassinate one of their guys. Whammo. Originally planned on having him First Strike with a higher mana cost, but I think this is more goblinese.
==================================================== Contagious ReanimationBB
Enchantment
When Contagious Reanimation or a nontoken zombie or skeleton enters the battlefield, you may put a 1/1 black zombie creature token into play.
-Pretty basic. At BB you get a 1/1, in a dedicated tribal deck you get 2 or 3 1/1s by turn three, and more from there. I think it's balanced, and in a deck with lords aplenty it'd be pretty darn good. Could possibly add 1 life loss per zombie token, if the lords made it too powerful.
==================================================== Worra Craul, Changeling5
Plainswalker
+1: Replace a color word on target permanent with another, or a basic land word on target permanent with another. This effect lasts until Worra Craul, Changeling leaves play.
-3: Worra Craul, Changeling becomes a copy of target permanent until end of turn.
-4: You gain an emblem saying, "Creatures you control are every creature type."
4
-I love changing color words, and I think it fits a changeling plainswalker. The other effects are both interesting as well, and rather than simply plopping him into every deck (lots of plainswalkers see this, but a colorless one would experience it more so), you need to really want his abilities to play him. Build-around card. Wording might need some way to shorten it up, not sure how much you can fit on a card, heh.
==================================================== Enshrined Enchantment3
Artifact
Sacrifice Enshrined Enchantment and a creature: Search your library for an aura card that shares a color with sacrificed creature. Exile that card; until end of turn you may play it without paying its mana cost. At end of turn, if you have not played it, put it into your hand.
-Avoids shenanigans with conscription, sacrificing can't be responded to, though they can still kill your target for the aura. Cheap, but you need two creatures for it to be great, and one creature for it to be an aura tutor with sacrifice.
==================================================== Spark of InspirationUR
Sorcery
Spark of Inspiration deals 5 damage to target player. That player draws two cards.
==================================================== Enshrined Enchantment3
Artifact
Sacrifice Enshrined Enchantment and a creature: Search your library for an enchantment that shares a color with sacrificed creature. Exile that card; until end of turn you may play it without paying its mana cost. At end of turn, if you have not played it, put it into your hand.

You don't really have to worry about Conscription. It's colorless and therefore doesn't share a color with anything. Though, 3 mana and a creature is quite powerful for ANY enchantment.
That's actually what I was pointing out. One of the reasons I put the colored part in is because of conscription. Thus it "avoids shenanigans with conscription". I didn't exactly browse through enchantments, but I figure, if it's so early that it's backbreaking, it means you had two creatures and enshrined and the opponent had no removal. At that point, you deserve a win.
Goblin Assassin: Why doesn't this just have a starting power of 0? Having an undefined power before it uses its ability makes no sense. That aside, nice card.
Worra Craul: A build-around-me card, I guess, but not a particularly exciting one. The second ability, which is the only one that does anything on its own, doesn't need that (reminder text) clause.
Enshrined Enchantment: Why do "you need two creatures for it to be great"? Can't I tutor up Moat, Decree of Silence, or turn 1 Maelstrom Nexus? Or is it supposed to only fetch Auras?
Spark: Hmm. I want to like this one, but the blue mana makes it suck in Burn, the damage makes it suck in blue-based decks if you target yourself, and not targeting creatures hurts.

I thought you meant it avoided shenanigans by being able to respond to the spell, my bad.

But the other thing is as Jenesis said, it grabs non-aura enchantments too. Big fatty ones. Reflections, anti aggro, other big ones like Cloven Casting, Debtors' Knell, and more.
