In light of the new Commander announcement I have ressurected my thoughts on a Intet, the Dreamer decklist. As soon as those badboy precons come out the deck will be updated with any new cards, or as I find replacements.
Pretty simple deck. The deck has so many threats in it's free spells and creatures and combo and such so I created a simple and threatless mana base to keep a low profile early in the game. Any questions feel free to ask.
Consider Mirri's Guile or Sylvan Library if you want some more Intet abuse or general card filtering.
I feel like Harmonize is underwhelming draw when you have access to blue, but I can't think of a specific replacement. Maybe I'm overvaluing blue card draw. Future Sight and Magus of the Future are both great, especially when you already have some library top manipulation going.
You might consider a counter or two. Even if you don't plan to stop everyone, the threat is nice. Any of the standard ones are nice - I use Cryptic in my Intet (in the sig, if you want to trawl for ideas. Mine is a little different theme, though).

See I knew I was missing Mirri's Guile and Sylvan Library i just couldn't remember them at 1 in the morning haha. I think harmonize will probably come out for something better, I just only want instant speed draw if it's blue. Mindspring on your main phase for any relevent number is bad magic cause then people go well he just drew xyz number of cards get him... I was contemplating Future Sight, *not magus cause I don't like creature versions of enchantments because the enchantments are harder to kill* But I'm not sure how well it will end up working out because everyone can see oh well he has this on the top he's gonna get it etc. I will look around for room for Future Sight though since it's always a good card to have so you can play subgame with an extra card "in hand". About counter magic. It's always under whelming unless you are going all the way with a mono blue deck, it seems bad to me to draw go cause you can either play a creature or ramp or wait out an opponent that you know tutored for a nuts card.
With the deck I wish there were more ways of getting crazy cards to the top of the library. While building the deck I was like Hmm... Then I realized how nuts attacking then activating Intet and in response mystical tutor for time stretch, or worly tutor for Emrakul which just seems nuts IMO. But yes I will check out your list. As I was building I was worried that perhaps I was too far into getting to the point of just playing things and not havinf crazy things to hit with Intet.
