So, I got bored recently and built more decks, and my best friend and I were talking about a Shirei deck, and how it "sucked"...so to disprove him, I threw together this list:
this deck probably isn't going to be the biggest threat on the table so throw in a bunch of tutors and some random infinite combo. Just kill stuff and look inconspicuous, then you strip everyones hands apart and win with silly little 1/1's.
(ps make sure you post on the threads that people made on the 17th, they all sort of got lost :P)

First off, let me welcome you to the cultclub of Shirei. I've been playing this deck for about a year now, and can say without a doubt that it is the most fun Commander deck I've ever played. It plays as an engine deck, much like elves or Time Sieve, but instead of being noninteractive, many of your pieces are answers allowing you to take on a control role.

I'm going to have to disagree, adding an infinite combo may win the next game, but it will lose you more because this deck takes a long time to set up: the last thing you want to do is make yourself a target. On top of that, I've found the deck generally to have no trouble winning as the token generators (Pentavus/Triskelavus/Marsh Flitter)build up lethal really quickly once you've exhausted everyone else's resources. That said, tutors are really important in that priority #1 is to get Cabal Coffers/Magus of the Coffers/Nirkana Revenant/Extraplanar Lens online, because once you do you can just replay Shirei through disruption and can easily beat the rest of the table because most of your effects scale with the number of opponents (i.e. usable on each player's turn via Shirei).
Finally, I'd warn you against cards like Bile Urchin. Often your engine will get disrupted quickly, the trick to pulling ahead is to come out on top when it does; if you have three opponents, you want to have gotten at least three cards worth of value from your engine before it goes down, and having pinged somebody for a couple of damage does very little to help that cause. I'd recommend taking a look at some of the other Shirei lists on the forum as just about every card in this list has been discussed in one of them (as well as many more) and there is a lot of play experience at your disposal. Good Luck.:cool2:
