So this is my Niv' deck! I've tinkered around with it and made a few changes. Some Niv-Mizzet decks try to make everyone draw and discard large numbers of cards while creating chaos. My build is much more selfish, in that I just sit back and give permission occasionally, draw a few cards, and resolve a win condition. I've won with it in games ranging from 2-7 players, although the 2 player build was about 10 cards different. I'm still not sure the mana base is solid, although I haven't had much trouble lately.
The ways to kill include:
A) Niv' Combo, enabled for large tables with pitching Kozilek, activating F. Cane, T. Foundry, etc.
B) Fateseal/Tunnel Vision *mumbles* jerk *mumbles* for when some player is about to either go off or go for my throat.
C) Tidespout Tyrant infi' mana with Sol Ring and another zero-cost mana trinket, then Comet Storm for group kill, or Stroke/Blue Sun's for a single player.
D) Dragonstorm off of a Trinket Mage'd/Tolaria West'd/Mystical/Tutor'd/Remand'd etc. mana trinket, swing for a bunch, preferably after a Rite - Kicked.
E) Tezzerator, especially after an extra turn, animating trinkets and arti' lands.
F) Jace, TMS someone (haha, never happens).
Two of the includes are for political reasons: Temple Bell, Mikokoro, both of which enable my kills but also make people pretty happy!
Some things missing are for the same:
Example one, Stripmine/Tech Edge/Wasteland/Ghost Quarter/Crucible. Not big on LD.
Example two, Erayo/Venser(Riptide Laboratory)/Teferi. I have a notorious griefer creature general, why would I add more?
Example three, many of the hand-shuffle Timetwister effects, for three. Not big on non-counterspell disruption since I'm a combo player and appreciate peoples' plans coming to fruition.
This deck needs MOAR Teferi's Puzzle Box, Wheel of Fortune, Maggus of the Jar, Memory Jar, Wheel of Fate, Windfall, Timespiral, Timetwister (if you can get on or just proxy). Those cards are all really sick with Niv Mizzet.

Clearly you didn't read the OP's opening paragraph. He doesn't want wheel effects.
So if I were to say "you're a complete douchebag who has his head up his ass so far he's using his own eyeballs as glasses," you'd simply shrug it off?
