I decided to try to put together a mono red control deck based around Urabrask's ability that forces all the creatures teh opponent controls to enter the battlefield tapped and to keep the tapped down as much as possible so I can beat on them with my handfull of creatures.
The key to the deck is getting urabrask out with either static orb, smoke, or meekstone out as well then keeping the opponent tapped down with artifacts.
I also included red's cards that untap all your creatures and give an extra combat step to get around the drawbacks of smoke, static orb, and meekstone as well as mishra's factory and koth of the hammer to get an advantage in creatures and damage.
I also included as much card drawing, and mana boosts I can get to ensure that I get to my handfull of key cards as quickly as possible.
A concern I have at this point is protecting or recurring my handfull of key cards because of how glaring a target they will become
Every rarity gets good cards. That means that some mythic rares will be tournament quality as will some commons, some uncommons and some rares. My promise wasn't that mythic rares wouldn't get good cards but that we wouldn't limit the good cards to only being mythic rare.
Bear this in mind the next time a powerful mythic rare is spoiled

Wars toll perhaps? If you change your mana to snow mountain, you can get scrying sheets for CA and rimescale dragon, which is a amzaing control card. Anarchist is some good recursion in red which is good. Hoarding dragon is a good tutor in red(read a tutor in red). Zirilan of the Claw if you have enough dragon and sac outlets. Perhaps in another deck. Solem simulacrum is good CA. Terrain generator is also amazing in mono colour. Goblin welder is good as well.

Mana Web is a great control card.
Your other option is to add all the mana doublers and rocks that monored can support.
