My Baru deck is all about speed and the general kill. With the exception of three X spells, all the cards in the rest of the deck do not exceed a mana count of four. It is super fast and I have taken down other mono-green decks that rely on ramp and big fatty creatures. My unusual sub-theme of fog effects take my opponents by surprise when they attempt to alpha strike and I win on my next combat step. This deck is more 1 vs 1, but many a time I come across multiplayer games and I can survive cause of the fog effects.
First things first, if you use deck tags it'll be easier for everyone to help you out, (DECK) before and (/DECK) after (but the () should be []). If you've done that then put numbers before each card.
Recurssion Regrowth should be in any green deck, it's a second Nature's Spiral but better. Praetor's Counsel is just great in EDH, and with your ramp shouldn't be a problem.
Draw Sylvan Library is like an added top, and can net you extra cards, also it's great with Abundance if you wanted to add it. Soul's Majesty and Momentous Fall are great if you wind up with any creatures large enough, the fall is a good trick if you're going to lose a creature anyway.
Ramp Primeval Titan is another great ramp card if you can afford it, and Seedguide Ash would be ridiculous with your general.
I know not everything is at CMC 4, but there's not much I listed that would be a stretch, and those that are stretching are great cards.
I agree with the top, but unfortunately I have a limited number of them, I could try the poor man's version Mirri's Guile and I looked in my box and I did replace Nature's Spiral with Regrowth.

Tools
Sensei's Divining Top is pretty much an auto include in all EDH decks.
Recurssion
Regrowth should be in any green deck, it's a second Nature's Spiral but better. Praetor's Counsel is just great in EDH, and with your ramp shouldn't be a problem.
Elimination
Desert Twister is a good green answer to any permanent, and Creeping Mold give's flexibility. Both Gleeful Sabotage, and Relic Crush get more than one target for one card.
Everyone hates to see Acidic Slime, Indrik Stomphowler, Terastodon, Mold Shambler, Wickerbough Elder, and Woodfall Primus when they hit the table.
Draw
Sylvan Library is like an added top, and can net you extra cards, also it's great with Abundance if you wanted to add it. Soul's Majesty and Momentous Fall are great if you wind up with any creatures large enough, the fall is a good trick if you're going to lose a creature anyway.
Ramp
Primeval Titan is another great ramp card if you can afford it, and Seedguide Ash would be ridiculous with your general.

Also, I didn't see much in the way of tutoring. Chord of Calling, Fauna Shaman, Green Sun's Zenith, Natural Order, Primal Command, Summoner's Pact, Survival of the Fittest, Tooth and Nail, and Worldly Tutor are all great...well the Pact is ok, but the rest are pretty good.
