Primer: This cube is drafted by me and my close friends once every week or two depending on schedules, due to most of my friends being newer to magic there are a few rules to including cards. I must put English language full rules text versions of cards in the cube (no foreign language, no textless) and an emphasis on newer cards over old ones. If there is a card that looks test worthy for cube in the new set, it goes in even if it's not a clear choice normally. The cube must change often, I cannot let it feel stale. My changes need to be noticeable by my play group to keep the format feeling fresh yet familiar. I stay away from the Power 9 and game warping effects as often as possible, with 2 annoying exclusions: My group loves Sol Ring due to being brought into the game from EDH Pre-cons for the most part, and after demenstrating why Mind Twist is a broken card it also was locked in for inclusion due to the awe factor.

I'm not very good at reading cubes in this format, so it'd be helpful if it could be arranged by creature/noncreature, then by cmc. (just because it's the standard, and what everyone's learned to read)
As a general rule of thumb, your gold section should be just under 10% of your total cube size, and you're running at 12%. I could advise cutting a single card from each of your multicoloured sections. Additionally, I'm not sure the Sphinx or Thoctar would be powerful enough to encourage me to go 3 cololurs, so I'm not sure they're powerful enough for your cube,

As for the formatting change, I'm planning on doing that by the end of the night, but I don't know of a fast way to order them by cost, so it's going to be a few hours... Also changing the format of the changelog to look cleaner.

Sadly I'm already planning to swap him out for Recurring Nightmare... If I made the cube with some more open black slots he'd be in for sure. I love him personally, but there just isn't room for him in my black right now. Recurring reanimation was his reason for being there, but Recurring Nightmare will just do the same job better sadly, he's in until I can make a proxy one though, so maybe he will prove too valuable and I'll cut something else.
EDIT: If you list the unorthodox choices you see I'd love to hear them, some I may explain, others I may already plan on changing up.
Moving Desolation Angel to black and Kird Ape to gold at the same time doesn't make too much sense to me. Both cards are monocolored on paper, but only get played in a certain color combination.
/sigh... My attempt to save Unmake from the axe was a little forced I guess, I've undone the change and Unmake is on the chopping block instead. I was really hoping to see it last until the first build, but I guess it is pretty weak in the kill/exile colors.
Any other changes that you believe are worth looking into feel free to share, be as critical as possible right now, because its far easier on me to change the list before buying/proxying 80 cards to create Build 1.
Finally updated the lists to be in cmc order by creature/non-creature (except for the guilds, as I think color sorting them works better)
Now I'm questioning if I want to keep on the normal multicolor/land system or switch to the guild system I see alot of people use, as that would let me stop using some of the bad signets/parts of land cycles that I think aren't worth it but should be in for cycle's sake right now.
Any advise on cards is highly appreciated as always, I think the planned changes will be implemented over the next week or two and Build 1 of my cube will be completed in the next 3 weeks. All the advise before then I can get is fantastic, as I'd like to keep from investing in some cards I don't have, only to replace them a few days after ordering/proxying them.
I'm going to recommend the guild section, as I use it myself. Some of the lands/signet is rarely going to be played by its own color combination, which hurts the deck of that color combination.
For the same reason you don't use all of the Kamigawa block dragons or all 5 of the Legacy manlands, you shouldn't force yourself to use complete cycles of mana-fixing cards either. Use the ones that fit best for each color combination and ditch the rest. The only ones that you need full cycles of are the duals, the shocks and the fetches. Everything else should be broken apart and assigned to the best match.
I made the change to the Guild System of multi-colored spells and lands. Also made changes to the final draft before my first build, meaning the next changes I make will be the first physical cards to exist in my cube. I'll probably be making the changes in 2 weeks, by which time I'll have ordered or proxied most of the cards I don't already own. Any more suggestions you guys can make would be incredibly appreciated! I tried to make a large amount of the changes suggested, but I don't think I got them all.
Most of the changes to the land base are thanks to eidolon's fixer choices in his cube, as well as a few others I looked into, so thanks for making that change over alot easier with a pretty nice looking system!
Updated the list with M12 and Commander changes, as well as a few play test changes from our first few drafts. I'm very happy with the new changes, but new ideas are always welcome!
Updated my list with Innistrad, and I suppose I should make an explanation post for the changes made if it interests anybody. First, some things to note, My cube is played by 4-8 people, of which 2 regular members are new to magic within the past 4 months, as such I tend to like newer cards over old ones when applicable, also it stops me from using cool textless cards or foreign language cards. Also to keep cube interesting and entertaining I will be testing LARGE amounts of new cards, even if I feel I'll be replacing them by the time the next set is out. Some of my additions may feel unwarranted in a 450 cube, but it's more to spice things up than actually improve the quality of every card with every single addition to the cube.
White Sun's Zenith wasn't pulling it's weight (I knew it probably wouldn't going into it, but I had no Decree of Justice availible) so it was cut for Fiend Hunter, as a foil one fell into my lap on pre-release day. He hasn't wow'd anybody, but he is useful.
Cloistered Youth kicked out White Knight for testing, the knights (apart from silver and blood) have not been pulling their weight due to the hefty color commitment.
Both Teferi and Sphinx were suggested to me on a cut list, and I agreed with both options, Teferi is "too blue" as his commitment to running blue is too high for the payoff, and Sphinx of Lost Truths has not been cutting it for us, as his measly 3/5 body doesn't stop most creatures outside of extreme aggro, making him often "3UU: triple looter, gain 6 life" If consecrated sphinx wasn't just strictly better he might have stood a chance.
Adding Snapcaster Mage doesn't need explaining, he's a sexy beast. Mindshrieker was added due to suprising me in sealed at the prerelease at his raw power. At first I thought it was aggro blue which didn't have a place in most cube list, but then I realized on turn 8 finding a Mindshrieker is as good as finding a titan, he can mill flashbacks/fatties to the yard in a reanimate deck(which I love to support), and if you drop him in the early game he is often a 3/3+ flier for 2 anyway. He has yet to disappoint us.
Puppeteer Clique got cut for ending up doing nothing in a lot of games, if it could target your own 'yard it wouldn't have seen the axe, but I doubt he'll be coming back. Nezumi Shortfang has not been well liked in my group. Ob Nixilus, the Fallen has been upgraded to a cooler demon. Black Knight falls under the White Knight explanation. Corpse Dance has been the least useful reanimator spell in the Cube, often not making it into decks unless they are already using 2+ other reanimate effects.
Liliana of the Veil is just godly, moving on. Victim of Night kills basically everything for 2 mana, so it made for a decent upgrade. Bloodgift Demon replaced Ob Nixilus, giving a more consistent bonus. Vampire Interloper replaced Shortfang at the 2 drop slot. Direghaf Ghoul made for a nice upgrade to Black Knight for the time being.
Greater Gargadon and Bogardan Hellkite weren't doing it for us, Gargadon rarely found Balance or Armageddon to play with, Bogardan has just sucked overall. Ruinblaster would matter more if I had more non-basics to abuse him with, but he is often a 2/1 haste for 3, which isn't cutting it. Goblin Patrol was changed to Reckless Waif as an experiment. Fireball was never split, making Devil's Play hugely better.
Devil's Play upgraded Fireball, Reckless Waif is being tested over the patrol, Volley deserves a test, Instigator Gang and Kruin Outlaw are part of the werewolves test. Intigator Gang has already proven himself as a bomby aggro card, Kruin is a useful 3 drop creature in red, which are few and far between.
Farseek would matter more if I was running both dual land types, but shocks aren't enough to make it worth it. Noxious Revival is ok but I didn't want to cut Creeping Mold for Bramblecrush, I wanted to add another tool for the toolbox.
Garruk needs no explanation. Bramblecrush kills 'walkers, and is an auto include because of it. Moldgraf is only added to give green another fatty for ramp while Tarmogoyf is temporarily benched.
Goyf will return to the cube one day, but my current proxy is a textless version because I derped over summer when making his proxy. I'll be remaking his proxy when I have access to a quality printer over Thanksgiving again, at which point he'll come back. (Probably at the Dark Ascension update)

Loam Lion and Kird Ape feel too iffy without both sets of duals availible to aggro, so they were axed for the new utility lands for testing. Wolf Run + Primeval Titan have great synergy, I'd like to find room in Selesnya for the Knight of the Reliquary I picked up this week due to Gavony Township being added, but I can't find room.
Azorius got an unexpected Mystic Gate, and we found Guildmage was being picked up by the decks it was meant to play against (ones with walkers) Bramblecrush will hopefully be doing the same job better.
Specter for Olivia was done because I picked her up at the prerelease, but she has proven to be 10x better than the specter so far, so he's probably out for good.
I think almost all of your changes are good. I'm not sold on Victim of Night when we have removal that is just as good or better for 1B. I woldn't cut Ob Nixilis when I could cut Ink-Eyes or Barter in Blood.

Kird Ape and Loam Lion are awesome without duals. If your deck is built correctly, they should swing for 2 on turn 2 without a dual. One man for a 2/3 is still awesome and really needed for healthy aggro.

If I add the original duals on top of the current lands (substituting the weakest in each category) Loam Lion Kird Ape and Goblin Ruinblaster will all be making a comeback.

Victim of Night at least deserves some solid testing before getting axed, and it has preformed OK the one time my friend put it in his deck. Ob Nixilis and Ink Eyes were actually the cut choice for the demon, I may be doing the switch to put Ob back for Ink Eyes in a few weeks to see if someone likes him more than Ink Eyes (assuming either ends up drafted/main decked in the next few runs)
On a side note, I have Wheel of Fortune in my cube, which is bad, because my list is 450 cards and doesn't include the wheel... I don't want to do a recount to figure out how it got screwed up...
Also, Greater Gargadon will probably be back soon, Ruinblaster might be, he's a tougher sell when I don't have some more abusive lands to need combating.
So far the Outlaw has flipped rather reliably, I have high hopes for her but she needs more testing before I figure out her fate.
I actually didn't like cutting Noxious Revival, as I liked having a phyrexian mana card in each color (via Porcelain Legioneer, Dismember, Phyrexian Metamorph, and Moltensteel Dragon)
I'm going to add Ob Nixilis, the Fallen back in for Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni on my next swap out, because Ink-Eyes was the other cut idea for Bloodgift Demon originally. Puppeteer Clique was just not finding anything too often, and you couldn't reliably force it like you can with reanimation cards, so I doubt it'll be seeing a comeback anytime soon.
Are there any reanimation cards that are popular that I have missed? I cut Diabolic Servitude over summer and forgot to update the list, and I wish I could find a better one for Dread Return to be replaced by, Unburial Rites fits the archetype better, but it's still "meh" to me, also it'd be B/W which is an issue due to how crammed that guild is.
Pulling a foil Snapcaster Mage and trading it to a foil obsessed legacy player fueled some ($100~) upgrades for the cube, and testing for Innistrad cards is now over, the only flops appear to be Gavony Township and Kruin Outlaw. All changes have been updated on the main posts.
After selling a huge load of cash made off of my spare aggro land playsets (800% profit on my Darkslicks alone...) Dark Ascension changes are now complete! Time to cut to the chase! Explanation time:
Condemn and Akroma have been on the chopping block for awhile, Thalia looks like a great addtion to White's aggro front. Mikaeus has been itching for a chance to join the cube, so right before snap testing a foil Loyal Cathar I pulled, I decided to give Mikaeus a shot.
Inkwell is a cool tinker/reanimate target, but I have others that are not as useless without a trick. Vesuvan is a cool guy, but the wave of new low drop clones makes him feel dated, so he is taking a break for the time being. Dungeon Geists won me too many matches during the pre-release to ignore, I even went as far as to write up a report for him in the DKA spoiler thread for cube, I don't see him leaving cube soon. Mystical Tutor is something I should have put in awhile ago and surprisingly still have not done, so here it is at long last.
Hi Bob. Welcome to the cube. Gravecrawler is also a great black aggro card which is something I'd like to see played more often. Plague Sliver isn't as splashy as most mid-range creatures should be, he is too small to deal with the bigger creatures that cause issues, and he comes out too late for aggro to properly use him compared to Bob or Gravecrawler. Dread Return's time is also up.
I did a lot of red changes, including ALMOST putting Pyreheart Wolf in the cube. Seriously he was SO close to making the cut, he is the stone cold nuts in real drafts. Basically Hellrider and Torchfiend are there as new beats with some extra reasons to play them. Faithless Looting couldn't get passed up, and Rift Bolt seems to be my weakest burn spell, so it got the shaft here. Ruinblaster is in again due to having better lands to pick on lately. (and the possibility of original-duals appearing in the next update if I land a job.)
Goyf is back, back again, Goyf is back, so tell a friend. (found a new proxy that had his rules text for my newer players) Vorapede replaced Kodama, Mold Shambler and Rampaging Baloths don't do enough for their mana cost, and Hurricane was only ever picked up by G/R ramp which used fireball effects from red anyway. Sadly I could not find a Survival of the Fittest in this addition, but it is still planned and should be in the next one. Green got new 1 and 2 drop beaters, so they got added.
Knight got a resounding "meh" when I introduced our resident G/W player to her, and someone noted they wanted to see more of the Innistrad Block utility lands back in cube, so I reversed my change again...
I like to overdo testing new cards, so Lingering Souls for Desolation Angel until proven useless (going to be hard to prove, because that card is nuts in testing so far) My group tends to not use Desolation Angel often, and I've never been that big of a fanboy for it, so it's getting the cut for now.
Ok, a quick issue before my AVR update, I'm looking to make the following changes but I'm not that certain I'm making the best choices, I'm hoping for some input on possible mistakes for obvious cuts or keeps.

This is a volatile cube that is based around newer cards whenever possible, I am probably testing cards that are too weak for my cube, but I'll still have them tested just to liven up the cube for my playgroup.
I don't really need help with these, they are all no-brainers except for loam lion, but he proved again to not be worth it so he is out for another set. He keeps bouncing in and out of my cube.
I'm looking to cut Jace 3 for being very unfun. So much so it has been asked repeatedly of me to remove him, now that I found an excuse to do so I'm taking it.
Pyroclasm seems to never get drafted outside of Grixis/Izzet Control for aggro match-ups. The other 2 cuts are not doing much for us, Burn at the Stake is a unique card in red that I'm looking forward to testing. Chandra, the Firebrand was another card that was almost cut in this set.
This is where someone may need to call me out, I'm not much of a green drafter, but I know a lot of these cards have been seeing very little play and I'm looking for either better cuts or confirmation to my suspicions that they are the weak links to cut.

I'm looking to add in Griselbrand but I have no idea what to cut for him to test him out. I'm hoping to make him a fun ramp/reanimator target.
Really trying to do my best to push green into a more likeable color. As such I'm making sure to add more powerful cards and some nice ramp and ramp targets. I need some help determining cuts in green however, as I'm not really a green drafter.
I changed out boa's cut to be Wolfbitten Captive to keep green midrange more intact than green aggro since it was pointed out that I was already cutting so many green aggro cards.

Aww... You caught me before I finished the Planned section... Thanks for the advice, but I've already taken it before you even posted it!
As for the formatting change, I'm planning on doing that by the end of the night, but I don't know of a fast way to order them by cost, so it's going to be a few hours... Also changing the format of the changelog to look cleaner.

On spoiled card wishlisting and 'should-have-had'-isms:
Sadly I'm already planning to swap him out for Recurring Nightmare... If I made the cube with some more open black slots he'd be in for sure. I love him personally, but there just isn't room for him in my black right now. Recurring reanimation was his reason for being there, but Recurring Nightmare will just do the same job better sadly, he's in until I can make a proxy one though, so maybe he will prove too valuable and I'll cut something else.
EDIT: If you list the unorthodox choices you see I'd love to hear them, some I may explain, others I may already plan on changing up.

/sigh... My attempt to save Unmake from the axe was a little forced I guess, I've undone the change and Unmake is on the chopping block instead. I was really hoping to see it last until the first build, but I guess it is pretty weak in the kill/exile colors.
Any other changes that you believe are worth looking into feel free to share, be as critical as possible right now, because its far easier on me to change the list before buying/proxying 80 cards to create Build 1.

Now I'm questioning if I want to keep on the normal multicolor/land system or switch to the guild system I see alot of people use, as that would let me stop using some of the bad signets/parts of land cycles that I think aren't worth it but should be in for cycle's sake right now.
Any advise on cards is highly appreciated as always, I think the planned changes will be implemented over the next week or two and Build 1 of my cube will be completed in the next 3 weeks. All the advise before then I can get is fantastic, as I'd like to keep from investing in some cards I don't have, only to replace them a few days after ordering/proxying them.

Most of the changes to the land base are thanks to eidolon's fixer choices in his cube, as well as a few others I looked into, so thanks for making that change over alot easier with a pretty nice looking system!

White Sun's Zenith wasn't pulling it's weight (I knew it probably wouldn't going into it, but I had no Decree of Justice availible) so it was cut for Fiend Hunter, as a foil one fell into my lap on pre-release day. He hasn't wow'd anybody, but he is useful.
Cloistered Youth kicked out White Knight for testing, the knights (apart from silver and blood) have not been pulling their weight due to the hefty color commitment.

Both Teferi and Sphinx were suggested to me on a cut list, and I agreed with both options, Teferi is "too blue" as his commitment to running blue is too high for the payoff, and Sphinx of Lost Truths has not been cutting it for us, as his measly 3/5 body doesn't stop most creatures outside of extreme aggro, making him often "3UU: triple looter, gain 6 life" If consecrated sphinx wasn't just strictly better he might have stood a chance.
Adding Snapcaster Mage doesn't need explaining, he's a sexy beast. Mindshrieker was added due to suprising me in sealed at the prerelease at his raw power. At first I thought it was aggro blue which didn't have a place in most cube list, but then I realized on turn 8 finding a Mindshrieker is as good as finding a titan, he can mill flashbacks/fatties to the yard in a reanimate deck(which I love to support), and if you drop him in the early game he is often a 3/3+ flier for 2 anyway. He has yet to disappoint us.

Puppeteer Clique got cut for ending up doing nothing in a lot of games, if it could target your own 'yard it wouldn't have seen the axe, but I doubt he'll be coming back. Nezumi Shortfang has not been well liked in my group. Ob Nixilus, the Fallen has been upgraded to a cooler demon. Black Knight falls under the White Knight explanation. Corpse Dance has been the least useful reanimator spell in the Cube, often not making it into decks unless they are already using 2+ other reanimate effects.
Liliana of the Veil is just godly, moving on. Victim of Night kills basically everything for 2 mana, so it made for a decent upgrade. Bloodgift Demon replaced Ob Nixilus, giving a more consistent bonus. Vampire Interloper replaced Shortfang at the 2 drop slot. Direghaf Ghoul made for a nice upgrade to Black Knight for the time being.

Greater Gargadon and Bogardan Hellkite weren't doing it for us, Gargadon rarely found Balance or Armageddon to play with, Bogardan has just sucked overall. Ruinblaster would matter more if I had more non-basics to abuse him with, but he is often a 2/1 haste for 3, which isn't cutting it. Goblin Patrol was changed to Reckless Waif as an experiment. Fireball was never split, making Devil's Play hugely better.
Devil's Play upgraded Fireball, Reckless Waif is being tested over the patrol, Volley deserves a test, Instigator Gang and Kruin Outlaw are part of the werewolves test. Intigator Gang has already proven himself as a bomby aggro card, Kruin is a useful 3 drop creature in red, which are few and far between.

Farseek would matter more if I was running both dual land types, but shocks aren't enough to make it worth it. Noxious Revival is ok but I didn't want to cut Creeping Mold for Bramblecrush, I wanted to add another tool for the toolbox.
Garruk needs no explanation. Bramblecrush kills 'walkers, and is an auto include because of it. Moldgraf is only added to give green another fatty for ramp while Tarmogoyf is temporarily benched.
Goyf will return to the cube one day, but my current proxy is a textless version because I derped over summer when making his proxy. I'll be remaking his proxy when I have access to a quality printer over Thanksgiving again, at which point he'll come back. (Probably at the Dark Ascension update)

UR needed another land, Niv was a proxy, so he got the axe, might be back if I ever stumble on one in a trade.
Loam Lion and Kird Ape feel too iffy without both sets of duals availible to aggro, so they were axed for the new utility lands for testing. Wolf Run + Primeval Titan have great synergy, I'd like to find room in Selesnya for the Knight of the Reliquary I picked up this week due to Gavony Township being added, but I can't find room.
Azorius got an unexpected Mystic Gate, and we found Guildmage was being picked up by the decks it was meant to play against (ones with walkers) Bramblecrush will hopefully be doing the same job better.
Specter for Olivia was done because I picked her up at the prerelease, but she has proven to be 10x better than the specter so far, so he's probably out for good.

I don't really like your red changes. I value most of the cards you are cutting far more than the ones you are adding. Fireball -> Devil's Play is fine, but I'm not a fan of the others.
Kird Ape and Loam Lion are awesome without duals. If your deck is built correctly, they should swing for 2 on turn 2 without a dual. One man for a 2/3 is still awesome and really needed for healthy aggro.

If I add the original duals on top of the current lands (substituting the weakest in each category) Loam Lion Kird Ape and Goblin Ruinblaster will all be making a comeback.
Greater Gargadon and Goblin Patrol were both sad cuts to me but it's an experiment, they may be back in my next update depending how the new cards turn out.
Victim of Night at least deserves some solid testing before getting axed, and it has preformed OK the one time my friend put it in his deck. Ob Nixilis and Ink Eyes were actually the cut choice for the demon, I may be doing the switch to put Ob back for Ink Eyes in a few weeks to see if someone likes him more than Ink Eyes (assuming either ends up drafted/main decked in the next few runs)
On a side note, I have Wheel of Fortune in my cube, which is bad, because my list is 450 cards and doesn't include the wheel... I don't want to do a recount to figure out how it got screwed up...

Also, Greater Gargadon will probably be back soon, Ruinblaster might be, he's a tougher sell when I don't have some more abusive lands to need combating.
So far the Outlaw has flipped rather reliably, I have high hopes for her but she needs more testing before I figure out her fate.
I actually didn't like cutting Noxious Revival, as I liked having a phyrexian mana card in each color (via Porcelain Legioneer, Dismember, Phyrexian Metamorph, and Moltensteel Dragon)
I'm going to add Ob Nixilis, the Fallen back in for Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni on my next swap out, because Ink-Eyes was the other cut idea for Bloodgift Demon originally. Puppeteer Clique was just not finding anything too often, and you couldn't reliably force it like you can with reanimation cards, so I doubt it'll be seeing a comeback anytime soon.
Are there any reanimation cards that are popular that I have missed? I cut Diabolic Servitude over summer and forgot to update the list, and I wish I could find a better one for Dread Return to be replaced by, Unburial Rites fits the archetype better, but it's still "meh" to me, also it'd be B/W which is an issue due to how crammed that guild is.

Inkwell is a cool tinker/reanimate target, but I have others that are not as useless without a trick. Vesuvan is a cool guy, but the wave of new low drop clones makes him feel dated, so he is taking a break for the time being. Dungeon Geists won me too many matches during the pre-release to ignore, I even went as far as to write up a report for him in the DKA spoiler thread for cube, I don't see him leaving cube soon. Mystical Tutor is something I should have put in awhile ago and surprisingly still have not done, so here it is at long last.

Hi Bob. Welcome to the cube. Gravecrawler is also a great black aggro card which is something I'd like to see played more often. Plague Sliver isn't as splashy as most mid-range creatures should be, he is too small to deal with the bigger creatures that cause issues, and he comes out too late for aggro to properly use him compared to Bob or Gravecrawler. Dread Return's time is also up.

I did a lot of red changes, including ALMOST putting Pyreheart Wolf in the cube. Seriously he was SO close to making the cut, he is the stone cold nuts in real drafts. Basically Hellrider and Torchfiend are there as new beats with some extra reasons to play them. Faithless Looting couldn't get passed up, and Rift Bolt seems to be my weakest burn spell, so it got the shaft here. Ruinblaster is in again due to having better lands to pick on lately. (and the possibility of original-duals appearing in the next update if I land a job.)

Goyf is back, back again, Goyf is back, so tell a friend. (found a new proxy that had his rules text for my newer players) Vorapede replaced Kodama, Mold Shambler and Rampaging Baloths don't do enough for their mana cost, and Hurricane was only ever picked up by G/R ramp which used fireball effects from red anyway. Sadly I could not find a Survival of the Fittest in this addition, but it is still planned and should be in the next one. Green got new 1 and 2 drop beaters, so they got added.

Trying to make black more interesting, Ob never does anything worth noting, and Sorin never get's played due to cost issues.

I changed out boa's cut to be Wolfbitten Captive to keep green midrange more intact than green aggro since it was pointed out that I was already cutting so many green aggro cards.
