With the existence of Homeward Path totally hosing your deck, you might want to consider including a few things to deal with it.
Praetor's Grasp - Plenty useful on it's own. Spine of Ish Sah and Karn Liberated - Costly to cast, but mono black often needs to deal with enchantments or artifacts anyway, and they can do it.
I don't like diluting the manabase with non-swamps, but a Strip Mine and/or Tectonic Edge (Wasteland, Dust Bowl) might be in order given that Path destroys your entire focus.
Is Homeward Path really that bad? If You had an infinite mana combo online, Geth out and a sacrifice outlet couldn't You respond to it by going off?
Yeah, if you've got your infimana combo online, no problem.
The majority of the games I won with Geth, didn't come from the infinite though, it came from repeatedly stealing creatures and beating my opponents down, and often finishing them off with one of the big sorceries. In those cases, a Homeward Path means you put all your resources into helping out your opponent.
Ok, maybe "totally hose" was a bit overstated, but not by much.
Yeah, you're probably right about the sac outlets, especially with Homeward Path now. I run both High Market and Dementia in other decks, I guess I'll go ahead and add them in to my mono black.
My MBC Geth deck is one of my favorites. One card that immediately surprised me with its value was mindcrank from NPH. There are definitely times when Geth needs to get started and with no targets in the yard it can be hard to generate CA. It's not like that toy doesn't go infinite with an online Bloodchief Ascension, :D.

This is true. However, as SirMcHalls pointed out Bloodchief Ascension puts a huge target on Your head and You would need to have the ascension active before You tried to get a win with it. Using it to get things started seems like it would point too big a target on Your head as well.

I agree about the target. My build is strictly MBC and with every possible board sweeper at my disposal, I only really worry about the mindcrank being dealt with. It is surprisingly disruptive considering that Geth's intimidate. I never shy away from the power level of the cards in my decks, no matter how big the target, just make sure to play smart!

In a deck like that I could see it working. However, in a build like this that is focused around assembling Geth, an infinite mana combo and a sacrifice outlet quickly it'd be a lot more helpful to fly under the radar in the early game.

With all the mana pump power you'll have, Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief and Steel Hellkite are possibilities. Necrotic Ooze mimics them as an added bonus.
