This deck has one infinite combo, Extractor Demon, that can be used for a infinite combo win. That being said, it's not focused into bringing him into play but rather using it in a last minute scramble to survive situation. The general strategy is to get into a position where you can lock down the board and then start slamming down huge things and bash them.
Any ideas for how to improve the deck? My meta tends to focus on either general damage or wholehearted slaughter to win, so I'm trying to keep this competitive and fun for them.
33 mana is very light, especially in a 3-color deck. Even with the artifact ramp.
Mana Leak, Spell Pierce, and Spell Contortion are not going to get the job done in multiplayer edh in many cases. Instead of paying 2 for a counter like Mana Leak that might be able to counter something, pay 3 and be sure to counter it.
With that said, and your meta being a lot of commander damage, go with Hinder and Spell Crumple to get rid of them for good.
I will second what BlackJack86 said about your counterspells. There are a LOT of counterspells that you can get for less than $0.50 that will just outright counter the spell.
Running Hanna's Custody is a little risky, since it makes other people's artifacts hard to get rid of. That also means your opponents will try to get rid of it ASAP, and Sharuum has a tough time bringing back enchantments. For that job, I would recommend either Leonin Abunas, or Indomitable Archangel. Since your deck is more aggressive, I would go with the angel.
Definitely run Sphinx Summoner. He's a recurable tutor with a body that also has evasion. You couldn't ask for more.
As Blackjack said, run Inkwell Leviathan. Its one of the best aggressive creatures the deck can have.
I would also run Phyrexia's Core. It saves your artifacts from being exiled.
While Mycosynth Lattice is obviously an absurd card, be very careful with it. One Akroma's Vengeance and the whole game is reset (unless of course you have Darksteel Forge out). That said, here are some cards you should run if you're going to use the Lattice:
Thanks for the tips. Inkwell will definitely have to go in, just haven't found one yet, same with the Summoner. I'll start going through my cards to find the counterspell and removal stuff.
I'll to see if I can find the other stuff as soon as I can get to my LGS.

Cranial Plating and Inkwell Leviathan NEED to be in there.
Since you said that you're wanting to keep it fun for your opponents, you might rethink Winter Orb.
You might take a look at:
Scourglass
Ethersworn Adjudicator
Master Transmuter

EDH Decks:
Ghost Council: The Magic Mafia of Orzhova
BB Drana: Down with the Sickness
Rasputin: Reality is Broken
Vish Kal Bleeder: Bloody Kisses
Teysa, Orzhov Dominatrix
Stonebrow: Breaking Things
BWR Kaalia Punisher: Heaven's on Fire
Grimgrin: Dead Reckoning
Sphinx Summoner and Thousand-Year Elixir should probably be in the deck.
Rend Flesh and Path to Exile are better than Doom Blade or Go for the Throat
Also look into cards that put artifacts and creatures into play.
Argivian Restoration
Beacon of Unrest
Zombify
Talrand, Sky Summoner
Darien and his Loyal Army
Marrow-Gnawer tribal rats

Cranial Plating
Kuldotha Forgemaster
Mycosynth Golem
Also run Academy Ruins. There's no reason not too.
That's about it; everything else seems fine. The Doom Blade can come out, but it depends on your meta.
