The only issue I have is how tiny everything is in a 4 player game, and you can't zoom in or resize any of the windows.

Ramna said that they will be working on a way to use the mouse wheel to zoom in on command.

Yeah there is definitely wasted space issues. When it's zoomed out so far, unless there are a ton of permanents on the board, you'll notice all the wasted space on the right hand side of the battlefield. Small price to pay for such an excellent product though.

Hopefully they can make it to where you can find cards by set. That would be awesome.

Am I the only one who is having connections problems lately?
I took a break from Cockatrice and now, when I'm trying to connect, I get either an "Error: Server Time Out", or it connects just fine but doesn't load the MTG Room, and it doesn't let me join manually.
The strange thing is the new server (port 4748) works perfectly fine for me, but there are no players there, so it's just as frustrating.
I've being having these problems each time I tried to play for the last month or so. I just brought this up in the official Cockatrice forums, just wanted to know if I'm the only one having these problems.

Dunno, back in January it worked just fine... I had some server issues when connecting, but everybody was having them too.

The database is available through the Oracle, same as for downloading the other sets.

after reading through the entire thread, i guess this is worth a try. i've been using MWS, and true enough it does have lots of glitches.

can you play multiplayer solitaire for 3 or 4 different decks at the same time in cockatrice? (something i want to use to playtest EDH decks)

You mean like play 3-4 different decks offline (against yourself)? Yeah, you can do that.

For a free program, it's really impressive. Slight learning curve (for quick, smooth play) but not difficult. If they ever get an awesome AI programmer to work out of the goodness of his heart, this would KILL.
