Thanks for the comment metalevolence. This is my latest in a pretty long list of decks which is why the power curve is a little low.
Most of the cards you pointed out as weak are actually rather important in the deck, particularly Seizan. That demon helps alot to force Sygg's effect.
Deny Reality and Blizzard specter are there to manage non-creature permanents a bit, particularly planeswalkers.
Jhessian zombies are there currently to help with mana fixing. I may be replacing them with an artifact to do similar soon I just found it rather flavorful to have them around. They also come in handy as a fear creature for Syggs effect (Also as fear source for Cairn Wanderer and body double.)
The two that I agree most for the power level thing are nettlevine blight and inkfathom infiltrator who were put into the deck's early draft. They help but are rather inefficient compared to some of the other options out there.
As for your suggestions the 2 I like the most are the lands actually since mine currently without much Oomph. Another idea was for Sheoldred being a nice source of hate to draw away from Sygg himself and potentially unblockable thanks to swampwalk.
For the rest, thought they are very good cards I find they don't bring much synergy to the deck but I will still keep them in mind, thank you.
Ob Nixilis, the Fallen he punches people in the face for 3 off a landfall trigger which can be nice especially if you consider running some fetchlands. He also gets lolz huge if left alone.
Higure, the Still Wind unblockable guy who punches for 3 damage. The ninjitsu can be nice to abuse some comes into play triggers.
Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni I figure if Higure is in then Ink Eyes should be also just for a target for him. The ninjitsu can screw with people as you can turn smaller guys into a rat that rezes. Also the ninjitsu can be great for abusing comes into play effects.
- Seizan, Perverter of Truth I hate how he rewards opponents before it rewards you. Also it doesnt trigger sygg's draw a card off its card draw and it gives people a reason to kill him.
- Morphling I just feel like this guy has lost a lot of his power since the loss of damage on the stack. Also he seems like a mana sink in EDH. I dont see him as deserving a spot.
-Blizzard Specter the specter guys suck a lot in EDH. This one costs 4 and doesnt even trigger sygg's draw on his own.
ehhhh I could probably go on but I think you need to work on a lot of your creatures. They seem to not really fit the deal 3 damage to draw cards theme that I would really be looking for personally.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
Seizan, Perverter of Truth is a fun card, something a lot of EDH players enjoy. Also, it's funny when someone taps a pain land and that makes you draw at the end of that turn
Blizzard Specter - Decent card for what it does. A way of bouncing enchantments, artifacts and plainswalkers turn after turn, and forcing your opponent to use a kill-spell on it is pretty nifty. Not every creature needs to trigger Sygg's ability, some things are there for other utilitarian purposes.
Personally I would add (and I am disappointed no one else suggested these), a couple of swords. The ability to add 2 power and to possibly have protection against someone's defenders means great card advantage with Sygg. Probably Light and Shadow and Fire and Ice would be best, but Feast and Famine would be fine too.
In my Sygg deck, I've found Dauthi Marauder to be a reliable source of card draw. He usually gets in for a few hits before someone gets sick of it and kills him. I'm not saying he's nuts, just a solid way to get benefit from Sygg for very little investment. Undermine counters a key spell, deals 3, draws you a card. Not bad at all. Speaking of counters, I like Glen Elendra Archmage in most of my blue EDH decks.
I liked to run a bit of global damage so as to stay as neutral as possible whilst drawing off of Sygg. Blood Tithe and Howling Banshee draw cards and generate some resource advantage. Undermine does a lot for you.
Leechridden Swamp sometimes adds that extra damage that you need to get some card draw in.

Hmm I considered the banshee a while back. I need to rework this deck in general I havent played it in a long time. The undermine is already in and the Tithe im not sure I like.
Thanks for the comment though.

Everything combos with Tombstone Stairwell.
Hope that helps!
