Okay so this is Deck 1 of 3 that I plan on listing here for posterity.
He is a Japanese Dinosaur (well because I own a Japanese Mimeoplasm)
I don't pretend to not be a griefer when I play Commander (man it feels weird to say that), so me playing a combo deck is fine in my play groups eyes.
But enough chit chat, you want to see the deck right? (yes I'm arrogant)
Well so what if you don't, you clicked on this for a reason so here it is.
I play with what I have, and the decklist is far from perfect. There are some interactions that didn't work as well as I hoped. Any suggestions would be appreciated. There is a self mill theme and the obvious recursion theme. When I get more nonbasic lands, Hermit Druid will be better. So until then.....I've got nothing.

Forever lasts only as long as those that are there to remember it.
Streamlining the mana base is one of my priorities and will come soon enough. Lord of Extinction is on my list of things to acquire Putrefax runs along the same line as Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon or Blighted Agent. They all have evasion, but I would prefer ones that plan to stick around.
Rather than comment on the many pros and cons of various ooze combos, I see some issues with your basic spells here:
With a somewhat high curve, and very few instants, I would expect you to have the most cards in hand in a given game, therefore making Windfall sorta bad. I understand it loads your GY to combo out of, but there are better ways to get what you want in there without giving all your opponent's card advantage. Draw/Dump spells seem much better here.
Definitely not enough blue cards in this build for Commandeer.
The penalty on Read the Runes is horrible without a token army. Doomblade too narrow.
Like I say with any mimeoplasm deck, especially one with necrotic ooze, Thornling and Jodah's Avenger are amazing!. Thornling and Lord of Extinction on Mimeoplasm is a Giant haste trample indestructable monster and a large jodah's avenger is sure to cause trouble as well. Also, if you have Necrotic Ooze with Trisk and Devourer, you can use Jodah and Thornling to lower its power to -3 or -4 so his power can never go over 7, giving you more firepower.

They changed Phyrexian Devourer recently so you can put all the counters on the stack now and not worry about the sacrifice till you've triskelion-ed your oponents to death.
