CMC: Morph creatures are generally counted as having CMC 3. I assume that people will favor casting phyrexian-mana creatures earlier rather than later. Ninjutsu cards are counted according to their Ninjutsu cost.
Gold: Hybrid cards can be put in any slot, depending on the overall needs of the cube.
Planeswalkers: I will add every semi-decent Planeswalker to the cube whenever I find room in my budget to do so.
Proxies: They're real, and they're fabulous. I'd like to add power to the cube, and this will be in the form of Collector's Edition cards.
Banned cards: Only Invisible Stalker. When I add a few more removal spells that can deal with him, he'll find his way back in.

I won't cut Drogskol Reaver for a long time - someone P1-P1'd it just so they could build around him. Azorius Guildmage might get shunted into mono-white or mono-blue (or just cut) if I can get my hands on a Supreme Verdict)
Terminate -> Dreadbore (I don't think B/R, the colour of removal, needs a cheap instant-speed removal card taking up its slots. Dreadbore is awesome because it hits Planeswalkers)
Prophetic Bolt -> Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius (Utility spell that's kind of ok but not amazing, or the sweet mythic that is a repeatable source of card advantage? Hmm.)

I got my hands on FTV: Realms, and some other nice cards, except I made changes that I didn't write down!
Sphinx's Revelation is now in the cube, and I *think* this means that Azorius Guildmage got moved into the white section. Ancient Tomb, High Market and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth are in the cube. I think I prefer Murmuring Bosk, but it's pretty clearly not going to be something I can color balance.
I've cut Lightning Greaves for Adaptive Automaton. The cube currently has a few token themes and a few creature types that just happen to appear in large amounts, and now you can build a draft around it.
Kami of Ancient Law -> Keening Apparition (I'd swap them back around if I could find a Kami in foil)

So - my gold section is too big? I shoulda seen that coming. What should I add if I cut ~10 gold cards? Utility lands? Sweet lookin' artifacts?
I had a Steppe Lynx in at some point, but I was concerned - are the various aggro landfall creatures just as good if you don't have the fetches? If yes, I will make that swap today.
I don't have a mirror entity/soltari champ, but when I do, they'll go in. I do not have a Yosei, but I put in an Elesh Norn to replace Iona. I will see if I can pick up a Yosei at the pre-release next weekend
I have hyppie! Vampire Nighthawk will go in to replace Ebonblade Reaper (I thought he might pay off. He didn't), Braids will replace Fleshbag Marauder.
Mind Sludge was a victim of the fact that nobody has drafted monoblack. I cut it for the infinitely sexier Yawgmoth's Bargain.
I will put in Shriekmaw as soon as I can find a Lorwyn pre-release foil. I think my other copy is hiding in a Commander deck somewhere.
Geth has survived as long as he has by helping the miniscule milling subtheme. I'll cut him for Sheoldred.
Sarcomancy isn't too close to Vampire Lacerator, but I think Diregraf Ghoul would replace one of the two in a week or so.
I will cut a four-drop in red, but I don't know which one (I took out moltensteel last night for crater hellion, which I'm told is pretty ok). I will find the room for a Spikeshot Elder. I didn't realise how middle heavy this looked till now ^.^;;

(I should mention I made a few changes last night by trawling through Project Rank Everything's archives, but I was too tired to update this list here :S I will fix that this evening.)
I had a Steppe Lynx in at some point, but I was concerned - are the various aggro landfall creatures just as good if you don't have the fetches? If yes, I will make that swap today.
I don't have a mirror entity/soltari champ, but when I do, they'll go in. I do not have a Yosei, but I put in an Elesh Norn to replace Iona. I will see if I can pick up a Yosei at the pre-release next weekend
I have hyppie! Vampire Nighthawk will go in to replace Ebonblade Reaper (I thought he might pay off. He didn't), Braids will replace Fleshbag Marauder.
Mind Sludge was a victim of the fact that nobody has drafted monoblack. I cut it for the infinitely sexier Yawgmoth's Bargain.
I will put in Shriekmaw as soon as I can find a Lorwyn pre-release foil. I think my other copy is hiding in a Commander deck somewhere.
Geth has survived as long as he has by helping the miniscule milling subtheme. I'll cut him for Sheoldred.
Sarcomancy isn't too close to Vampire Lacerator, but I think Diregraf Ghoul would replace one of the two in a week or so.
I will cut a four-drop in red, but I don't know which one (I took out moltensteel last night for crater hellion, which I'm told is pretty ok). I will find the room for a Spikeshot Elder. I didn't realise how middle heavy this looked till now ^.^;;
More green four drops = yay!

Also, I need to find room for: Land Tax, Vendilion Clique, Sower of Temptation, Duals and Shocklands (I'll have a complete set of shocks when Gatecrash rolls around. They're too expensive at present). Opinions would also be appreciated.
