Hey everyone. Just finished my second paper-EDH deck.
The idea is pretty much to make the other players pull out their hair from all the stalling, taxing and all-round annoyance. My other deck is a hardcore-fattie aggro Mayael the Anima-deck, so I thought I'd try something completely different in this deck.
I haven prioritized getting tricky creatures like Blazing Archon or Angelic Arbiter in this deck, both because I'm using it in my other deck, and also because I wanted to have a strong focus on the stealing subtheme.
My win-conditions are heavily dependent on what creatures my opponents bring to the game, and I'm quite sure my worst match-up would be other control decks. Luckily, my group don't go much for these.
Here's the decklist. Below will follow additions/changes I'm already considering.
With these changes, I've tried to make the deck a bit more aggressive, and play more into the bounce-able effects of some of my creatures. I also added a bit more "Rules-setting" that are good for me, but bad for my opponents via Grand Abolisher, Spelltithe Enforcer and the Leyline.
Emeria, the Sky Ruin could also find a spot. Your actual plains count is 13, so it's got a chance to go active in a long game, especially with Land Tax. And you could always drop a couple lesser lands like Halimar to up the count some.
Glen Elendra Archmage has been up for consideration, but my uses for her, would be pretty much limited to bounce and blink, of which I'm not sure I'm running enough. She is a beast though, my friends Momir Vig-deck abuses her horribly.
I'd also love some more counters, especially reusable ones, but I can't seem to find anything else than Forbid and Spell Burst. Forbid seems great in a deck like Hanna, but not so sweet in this, with my very limited recursion abilities, and Rethink just seems incredible expensive.
I haven't yet had a chance to use Mana Short, so I don't know how well it works. Anybody have some experience with this card?
Finally, I'm considering removing Dovescape, as it, from my very limited experience with the deck, seems to hose my own strategy very often. Thoughts?

Gilded Drake: I had completely forgotten this card, but mattoz85 suggested it earlier today, on the blog entry where I first posted it.
He also suggested Spelltithe Enforcer, which seems absolutely hilarious, and for which I'm going to try my hardest to find a spot.
Crystal Shard is also a card I'm considering, even though I'm not sure, if Erratic Portal wouldn't be a better card.
Suggestions welcome.

Glen Elendra Archmage should find a home in there.
Sakashima the Imposter can be lots of fun.
