This is a short excerpt from the MTG Salvation Wiki regarding Endrek Sahr:
Endrek Sahr was a wizard affiliated with the Order of the Ebon Hand in Sarpadia. Styling himself "Creator of Life and Race Architect", Sahr was responsible for creating the first thrulls as servants and objects of sacrifice for the Order
So, why Endrek Sahr?
Endrek Sahr is for you if A. You like tokens B. You like cabal coffers or C. you like casting Exsanguinate for 40.
In all seriousness, Endrek Sahr is a very versatile and extremely powerful general which will be explored in depth later on in this primer
What type of deck is Endrek Sahr?
Endrek Sahr is primarily a token swarm/sacrifice deck. This means that you will be creating a mass amount of thrull tokens while simultaneously sacrificing them for mana, gravepact effects, and other various shenanigins. This also means that Endrek Sahr can morph from a control deck (gravepact, Contamination, Sadistic Hypnotist, etc.) to a thrulls to the walls aggro (Flesh-eater Imp) and even to combo (Exsanguinate) depending upon the situation
Strengths?
As mentioned earlier, this deck can be whatever deck you need it to be. Simply tutor for what you think will be good at any given time and go for it. This deck is extremely good against all colors except for blue because blue is the only color that can mess with exsanguinate. Even board wipes don't always stop the onslaught of thrull tokens.
Weaknesses?
Endrek Sahr is very powerful but also very fragile. Since Endrek Sahr is the main token producer he is very susceptible to tucking and spot removal. This deck is also very weak against total board wipes (Akroma's Vengeance, All is Dust, Oblivion Stone) because of the amount of enchantments working in conjunction with creatures. Black is always weak at getting rid of enchantments and has only one good way of dealing with artifacts (Gate to Phyrexia). Despite these drawbacks, Endrek Sahr is an exciting and enTHRULLing general
Reassembling Skeleton - Akin to bloodghast as he is sacrificial gas for the deck. He also becomes a functional reprint of divination with skullclamp
Bloodghast - This card is used in the same way reassembling skeleton is i.e. fuel for the fire when Sahr is taking a smoke break.
Dross Harvester - Between phyrexian arena and Graveborn muse, your life can get dangerously low at times so this guy can help get you out of sticky situations. Just be sure you have a healthy board so you can net life.
Flesh-eater Imp - Thrulls to the walls aggro card. Being able to outright kill an opponent is very nice. Autoinclude.
Sadistic Hypnotist - If you land this card it basically reads :3mana::symb::symb:: your opponents discard their hands.
Necrotic Ooze - With the amount of activated abilities in this deck you will surely be saying "Ooze your daddy?"
Dimir House Guard - A sacrifice outlet and a tutor? Sign me up! Autoinclude
Woebearer - Bringing back creatures from your graveyard to your hand is actually more relevant than putting them onto the battlefield. This gives you the chance to consistently pump out tokens with Endrek Sahr.
Phyrexian Plaguelord - This card is absurdly powerful because it stops most aggro in it's tracks. Autoinclude.
Corpse Harvester - This card is a complete house in this deck. Let me list all of the benefits that this guy brings to the table:
A sacrifice outlet
Helps get consistent land drops
creature tutor - nuts when you have conspiracy out
Words cannot fully describe how awesome this guy is. Autoinclude.
Nirkana Revenant - Mana doubleing is one of the most important aspects of the deck and this one just so happens to be on a beatstick.
Butcher of Malakir - Gravepact on a stick? Autoinclude. The only downside is that he doesn't play well with Endrek Sahr on the field but the pros definetely outway the cons.
Graveborn muse - Basically another phyrexian arena. Be wary not to die from this card though.
Enchantment? Enchantment! (Cliche, I know)
Phyrexian Arena - Like most decks, Endrek Sahr wants a billion cards in his hand. This card does the job fairly easily just watch your life total. Autoinclude.
Black Market - This card gets absurd very fast. Autoinclude
Call to the Grave - Hey look! A card that hurts everyone but you! Not an autoinclude but I try for a very dense package of innocent blood type effects.
Gravepact - Can very easily be a one-sided board wipe. Autoinclude.
Conspiracy - One of the hallmarks of the deck. As alluded to by Corpse Harvester, this card has amazing synergy throughout the deck. Autoinclude.
Hecatomb - Koth Emblem for black! Not an autoinclude but this card is extremely fun and is actually very good.
Kuon, Ogre Ascendant - Spends most of his time as the legendary enchantment but has the added benefit of creating tokens with Endrek Sahr.
Bitterblossom - Tokens when Endrek Sahr is too lazy.
Gate to Phyrexia - The only reliable way to destroy artifacts in black. Autoinclude.
Contamination - This card can completely lock your opponents out of the game. Autoinclude.
Scrying Sheets - It is my belief that every mono-colored deck should play snow-covered lands and Scrying Sheets (sometimes Mouth of Ronom albeit this deck does not need mouth)
Praetor's Grasp - Easily becoming one of my favorite black cards of all time. The versatility of this card is incredible because you can remove a key combo piece from your opponent's deck or you can get some nut plays. I once saw a friend turn 3 a Sheoldred with this card.
Brainspoil - Transmute is one of the most insane mechanics in EDH. Autoinclude.
Damnation - This card may seem a bit out of place but I have found that no matter what deck I am playing I should at least have one wrath just in case.
Beacon of Unrest - Gets your mana doubling artifacts back or can get a useful creature. Autoinclude.
Exsanguinate - Another group hug card! Aren't I so nice? This card is the main wincon simply because you win if this card resolves. Autoinclude.
Changes
9-4-2011: -1 Necropotence, +1 Graveborn muse
Necropotence has become too much of a liability and usually causes more harm than good in my meta. I will begin testing Graveborn muse for card draw.
I would love to see some discussion on Thrull tribal. I've been thinking of building that kind of a deck around mister Sahr and guidance would be super helpful.
I am kind of amazed at [...] the fact that somebody on this thread called Mind's Eye, Mirari's Wake, Decree of Pain, Desertion, AND Scroll Rack, all before they were officially spoiled. I will edit this post VERY shortly with the username of this user who deserves at least all of the cookies. Probably more cookies than that.

To be honest, a tribal thrull deck does not seem viable. There are only about 20 or so cards that deal with thrulls and some of them cannot be used based on color restriction or they are just plain bad. There really isn't much more to say about it. It might be fun to put them in, but many of the cards are bad. I can help you with other aspects of the deck if you want.

Needs moar Thrull Champion. Ebon Praetor is a pretty good beatstick and sac outlet in one. Yes, I used to play a casual Thrull deck back in High School.
Anyway, I don't know why but I've been thinking about this general a lot. I think I might need to build this. It looks quite entertaining.
Sahr you ready?

Artifacts:
Expedition Map - Useful for searching up the lands that will be covered in the next section. Autoinclude.
Caged Sun/Gauntlet of Power - A mana doubler and a pump effect, What's not to love? Gauntlet can help your opponents out though so be careful.
Mimic Vat - With the amount of creatures dieing, this card is a no-brainer. Autoinclude.
Skullclamp - This is a token deck. Autoinclude.
Lands:
Vesuva - A wise man once said two cabal coffers are more broken than one. Autoinclude.
Bojuka Bog - Graveyard hate that doesn't require an actual card! Autoinclude.
Homeward Path - Endrek Sahr does not like to be stolen! Autoinclude in blue heavy metas.
Volrath's stronghold - This one is obvious. Autoinclude
Unholy Grotto - Essentially does the same thing as volrath's stronghold albeit not as consistant but it would be wise to include this one.
Polluted Delta, Marsh Flats, Bloodstained mire, and Verdant Catacombs - Bloodghast triggers and can help shuffle away bad d-tops.
Scrying Sheets - It is my belief that every mono-colored deck should play snow-covered lands and Scrying Sheets (sometimes Mouth of Ronom albeit this deck does not need mouth)

Extractor demon wasn't doing enough and Bloodgift Demon keeps the CA coming.
This list is not completely set in stone so let me know your thoughts! This is my first primer so I hope I did a halfway decent job.
540 Peasant cube- Gold EditionSomething SpicyYou are right, it does look a lot better that way. Thanks for your input and let me know if you find any more typos or anything.
Commanders:
Basandra, Battle Seraph | Diaochan, Artful Beauty | Mayael the Anima | Nath of the Gilt Leaf | Oona, Queen of the Fae | Raksha Golden Cub | Rayne, Academy Chancellor | Roon of the Hidden Realm
Skeletal Vampire is too slow imo, but I can give him another shot. Yes, this deck is really fun
