Ok, this is my first time posting a deck, so please bear with me. This deck runs like a toolbox, usually waiting to play Scion until I have some mana open to tutor up something to deal with a given threat. Naturally, it is rife with dragons, so even a 'poor' hand can still be played out in typical Timmy fashion, as opposed to passive/aggressive.
I chose the re-animation route, and I have noticed several others have as well, to take advantage of all the beefy brawlers that wind up in my graveyard. Copying Moltensteel Dragon is a one-hit commander damage kill if you have enough life/ mana to get his power to 21, or a one-two punch with Sarkhan the Mad if you have the actual Moltensteel Dragon card in play instead. Quicksilver Dragon can redirect their kill spell back at their own commander (he took away my chainsaw...) and Bladewing the Risen is a superstar in this deck for obvious reasons (bringing back Malfegor is nasty) Patriarch's Bidding is brutal, and Greater Good gives me a sac engine to trigger goes-to-the-graveyard effects like Yosei, the Morning Star as well as card draw and putting more dragons in my graveyard. (Recently I had Cadaverous Bloom in play and sac'd enough creatures to fill my hand, pitch cards and drop a Living Death and huge Genesis Wave. If Scion dies more than once, I usually let him go to the graveyard as well.
You may enjoy using this deck if:
You like to play fatties.
You like playing from your graveyard.
You like the possibility dealing lethal damage in a single hit.
You like to see the expression on someone's face when you are rescued by the MTG equivalent of deus ex machina.
You may not enjoy this deck if:
You do not want to constantly try to remember which situations every dragon in the entire deck might be useful in.
You dislike dragons.
You are one of this deck's opponents.
I have a few cards I need to swap out, for example I want the new enemy duals and the Balefire Dragon from Innistrad. I also need to track down a Dragon Tyrant and a Beacon of Unrest. Besides those, what do you think?
Ooh! A Scion of the Ur-dragon deck! I love these. I used to have one, but decided to scrap it for legacy cards. Here's the toolbox I used:
Steel Hellkite - deals with tokens, and other problem permanents. Numot, the Devastator - dealt with problem lands; was usually used to keep multicolored combo decks off of their key color. Crosis, the Purger - I didn't have access to a Nicol Bolas when I had my deck, so I used Crosis for hand disruption. Oros, the Avenger - used as a repeatable mass wipe. Dragon Tyrant - used him to go in for the kill. Niv-Mezzet, the Fire Mind - used him to combo out with Curiosity. Mordant Dragon - used him as spot removal for creatures. Vorosh, the Hunter - used him to pump up Scion; also used him in tangent with Skittles. Skythirix, the Blight Dragon - used him to make one-shot infect kills; was brutally effective if I was able to Vorosh the turn before. Rith, the Awakener - used him to make lots of chump blockers, so that I could swing with impunity. Teneb, the Harvester - used him to reanimate other dragons in my 'yard; played a key role in many games. Ryusei, the Falling Star - used this guy to punish my opponents if they tried to kill my general.
You already have two of the stars, why notKeiga, the Tide Star? Also, Dragon Mage seems like a pretty good ability, especially if you've just hardcast Malfegor.
you have no mana ramp other than primeval titan and quicksilver amulet. i cant really call bloom mana ramp since its one time boost of exiling cards, when you dont really draw anything. ancient ziggurat is a horrible land, you can only use it to play 26 card out of 99 deck and your deck, and you cant even use the mana to play abilities of anything.
o-ring seems really out of place in your deck, as does scapeshift. same goes for rafiq, lavalanche.
i would replace phantasmal image with phyrexian metamorph and stick academy ruins in your land base so you can clone an enemy general, and then bring it back if nesserery. also, get rid of joiner adept and use prismatic omen, enchantments are harder to kill then creatures

Fantastic feedback, everyone! I will hunt down those cards and thank you for your recommendations on what to remove, they match up with ones I use the least. I will not need metamorph/ ruins as Volrath's Laboratory does this both with Image and my Dragons already. I am Also partial to Scapeshift as it fixes my mana early game and can both thin my deck and fetch my stronghold late game. What are your thought's on The Mimeoplasm? I really like the Niv-Mizzet combo ideas btw.
looking at your mana base, it seems VERY unstable but i assume that you dont have the money/dont wish to hunt to hunt down most duals/shocklands and most fetches. i suggest you run more basics and run the following ramp skyshroud claim (can get any forest, not just basic ones) nature's lore (same as claim), three visits (p3k reprint of lore, that is overpriced, but you can never run enough) cultivate (to get the right colors) kodomas reach (same as cultivate) burgeoning is not really ramp but help A LOT in multiplayer, i usually manage to out ramp azusa players with it, and finally explosive vegetation

Scion decks are fun ^^. I've just recently built one myself, and I think it's the most straight forward deck I've made yet. I've got a slightly different toolbox of dragons than you though, but this is what I've got that you dont:
Jugan, the Rising Star - Make creatures big if they kill my general. Bogardan Hellkite - Possible spot removal in a pinch Kilnmouth Dragon - In here in tanget with Vorosh as well, though he can be scary himself with a hand full of dragons. Mordant Dragon - Fly over your opponents creature just to have them die anyway? I'll take it. Hoarding Dragon - Not for Scion to copy, but good to search up my important artifacts like Fist of Suns. Vaevictis Asmadi - Big, and easily pumpable. Good to make an alpha strike Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon - In here with Vorosh, as stated above. Makes Scion a 10/10 infect after an activation of Vorosh. Hellkite Charger - If you run this, you absolutely need Bear Umbra. This allows you to go infinite and lets you take out the entire table if they have no blockers. Has won me a few games alone. Dragon Mage - Disrupt an opponent or refill your hand after a Malfegor summon. Dragon Tyrant - Huge, flying, trampling, double striking beast of a dragon. easily able to take out an opponent himself.
I've also gone more of a reanimation package / utility than straight dragons. I've got stuff like Ashes of the Fallen + Horde of Notions to easily get my dragons back onto the field if I need presence. My whole reanimation package:
Reya Dawnbringer - One creature from my 'yard to my field every upkeep.
Debtors' Knell - One creature from any 'yard to my field every upkeep.
Vengeful Rebirth - Bring back 1 card to hand, and deal damage to something. Bring back Dragon Tyrant just to have it do 9 damage to something, useful most of the time.

I have also have a Scion deck that aims to be fun. So no Numot, Skithiryx, Niv-Mizzet as I feel land destruction and cheap win cons are unfun. No Moltensteel Dragon too as my play group plays Mindslaver and they can just be evil by playing Scion, switching to Molten and pay your life away to kill someone else.
Anyway here are my cards for you to consider adding to your deck: Dragons Scourge of Kher Ridges Dragon Broodmother - This card sucks too if you get mindslavered but awesome in a multiplayer game
Removal Nicol Bolas, planeswalker - Fits the theme of the deck. Be prepared to get targeted by the whole table though
Tutor/Filter/Draw Sylvan Library - Shuffles unwanted dragons from hand back to deck

Since no one seems to have said it, and I'm just browsing through, a quick note:
Kamigawa Dragons do NOT trigger off your general going to the command zone. He must go to the GY to trigger their abilities. Yosei and the lot are fine if you're focusing on a reanimation theme, but they're not the best if you intend to use them as "don't kill my general" rattlesnakes.

Yeah, I realized that after I put them in, so I either do, in fact let scion hit the 'yard, or intentionally fill the graveyard with dragons to reanimate. Still... so much fun.
