Now, I know that skeletons aren't exactly the best fighters out there, that's where Lords like Death Baron and Creakwood Liege come to lend them a hand, deathtouching skeletons are much more scary that normal ones, and because most of the skeletons are cheap, you can dump a load of those in the field and get some advance from any +1/+1 bonus granted to all of them.
Reassembling Skeleton is more a combination piece than an attacker, since its ability to return from the dead means that in the simplest case you won't run out of creatures, and in other cases it combines with things like Victimize and Smallpox to reduce the drawbacks of these cards.
Victimize can cause some real swings in the board state, as pulling two creatures from your yard at the same time usually at the cost of a disposable one can leave your opponent in a tight spot, the most backbreaking situation I can picture here is to reanimate two lords at the same time, giving to your other creatures a +2/+2 boost, something that usually goes fine along several critters in the table.
This was the 1.0 version of the deck, as it has no more wincons other than attacking, I'm planning to expand the deck to R to include some discard and direct damage, since the worst matchup for a deck like this is something like Turbo Fog, or any deck that can keep your creatures out of the table at tall using a barrage of sweepers. So I'll address those using things like Thought Hemorrhage and Blightning, that both discard cards and deal damage.
PS: I know Rimebound Dead exists, but I dislike the idea of having to spend like 20$ in snow basic lands just to use a playset of those skeletons, so I'm not including it.
I have a skeleton deck that actually does pretty good for itself, You have too many 1 of 2 of, you need more consistency. Skeletal Vampire is pretty cool even if he isn't that great, Skithyrix is boss for skeletons decks. He does heavy D so his Infect isn't a real detriment, I use the Skeletons to clog the lanes so Skittles or Vampiric Skeleton can do damage. I also use Reassembling Skeleton like you do, I use Attrition to keep the board under my control, I also use Lashwrithe as another win con.
Oh, I've forgotten about Skeletal Vampire and Skithiryx, thos two bastards can deal a load of damage, even when Skithiryx has infect and the rest of the deck doesn't, it can nonetheless seal the game in two swings with any lord in the field, so he's always a good choice, and the Vampire's Bat tokens get bigger with the Liege. So far I have one Vampire, I would have to look for one Skithiryx then.
I am already using Lashwrithe in another mono B deck I use.
I'll see what I can take out to make the replacements, I guess this could be the 1.1 version of the deck then:
20 Swamp
Creatures 21
2 Kjeldoran Dead
1 Drudge Skeletons
2 Unworthy Dead
2 Augur of Skulls
3 Reassembling Skeleton
1 Skeleton Scavengers
4 Death Baron
1 Phyrexian Monitor
2 Skeletal Wurm
3 Creakwood Liege
2 Dark Ritual
2 Terror
1 Doomblade
1 Go for the Throat
4 SmallPox
3 Victimize
1 Grave Pact
4 Veinfire Borderpost
2 Phyrexian Totem

Speaking of Smallpox, one of the best things you can pitch to it besides Reassembling Skeleton is Skeletal Wurm, so you can dig it out later with Victimize, usually sacrificing some Reassembler to it.
