This deck has been inspired by viperesque who made me aware of Shirei's awesomeness. It more or less contains the same cards except it is a bit crueler and hopefully slightly faster, but I'm unsure as I haven't tested it or scrapped together the cards. It also is more budgety since the only really expensive cards I need to make it great are: Demonic Tutor, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, and Volrath's Stronghold.
For those of you who never seen this deck, it is mostly meant to win through slow and painful attrition and lots of tokens. The main flaw of this deck, ironically, is Shirei himself who has to be protected at all costs or your lock is ruined and I am guessing your friends won't take to kindly to get their stuff blown up consistently. Another issue with this deck as viperesque mentioned is getting your graveyard removed from the game, but you should be able to get by because as long as they don't get all your creatures it really should be fine.
What I really want to add to this deck is maybe a bit of life gain to help stall, and maybe a little more ramp like a Leaden Myr or Soldevi Adnate to give it a little more speed. I know that would go over great. But as it stands now, I like it a lot. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
I'd consider Sangromancer for life gain. It's innocuous enough that it doesn't draw a ton of hate, but that life gain adds up really quickly. I'd also consider Chimney Imp for your little dudes. Once you get past the worst card in magic stereotype, it's actually kind of a vicious lock piece, and no one takes it seriously the first time. Looks like you've got a pretty good handle on Shirei, though.

Coretapper and magister sceptor. Good times right there.
Now on the death wish front, would some draw go down better? It is really painful. I know it let's you play with a 109 card deck, but you have no way to recur it. Not being able to grab contamination or Exsanguinate can really screw around with got game plan. If you have it or get it, Yawg win is so powerful, even if you haven't built around it. Grim discovery is always a good support card. Gets your coffers back and a creature:D
some good and cheap attritiony cards I run in my Shirei list are Braids, Cabal Minion and Kuon, Ogre Ascendant, which a good shirei deck should have ample fodder ready to be let go at a moments notice, and it is very easy to flip Kuon when you want to have him start The Abyssing it up
Phyrexian Plaguelord is also pretty effective at turning dudes into removal for no mana cost, and if an opponnet has a really big creature, keep in mind that Shirei's ability is a delayed trigger that functions at the next beggining of the upkeep, so you can sac your guys to -1/-1 a large dragon or whatever down part way, and then after the Shirei return triggers resolve this turn resume shooting the dragon down, and shirei will simply bring them back on the next players turn (assuming shirei is still around that is :))
in more expensive suggestions Smokestack is amazingly brutal and can start locking people out of the game something fierce, The Abyss is simply amazing, and Xiahou Dun, The One-eyed is simply amazing in anything with black spells in it. being able to turn coffin queen into 2B, tap: return target spell from your graveyard to your hand is so ridiculous in my modo shirei, alas i do not yet have one for paper, but some day...
Whispersilk Cloak and Champion's Helm are also in my decklist. Also, have you considered using the Triskelion/Mephidross Vampire combo? I have; and it rocks. I also have a small list of critters you may wanna look through for inspiration: I've been playing my deck awhile and adding randomosity and constantly evolving the critter base, minus the essentials. Also, on the note of Triskelion; why don't uyou have Black Market or Kormus Bell in there? They have AMAZING synergy.
I have seriously been turning my head over this, but I can't think of what to cut.
What I was thinking of doing since death wish does seem risky, is replace it with Beseech the Queen so I kinda want to main board some of sideboard like say Contamination and Exanguinate.
Thoughts on Nirkana Revenant vs. Magus of Coffer? They have essentially the same body, and are both just as likely to die from different forms of removal. I suppose Nirkana Revenant can be used as a finisher, but honestly I want to win through painful attrition or one shots like Exanguinate.
I really like the idea of improving its Staxiness with Smokestack.
These changes should reduce the overall curve and allow me to hopefully successfully run one less land. I still want to include Braids, Cabal Minion, but I have 5 of such effects currently and more seem like overkill (Abyssal Gatekeeper, Butcher of Malakir, Grave Pact, Sheoldred, Whispering One, and Smokestack).

Revenant, hands down. The fact that you don't need to hit a set amount-as low as it may be-of swamps for it to produce additional mana is fantastic, and it doesn't need to tap to produce additional mana. You can drop Revenant and take advantage of it immediately while Magus has to survive around the table, and Revenant will give you access to more mana if it does survive.
Changes look pretty good. Losing Death Wish is probably a good choice.

I still find myself wanting to include Braids xD.
With all the creature hate my deck is packing do I really need defense like No Mercy, and Dread? Although it doesn't seem necessary I feel vulnerable.
