The December 2010 rules announcement was an important one for my EDH career. First of all, Emrakul, the Aeons Torn had to come out of my Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant list. Frankly, I didn't mind too much. Emrakul is not a fun Magic card by any real measure and too many of my early EDH games came down to my Sasaya deck racing my friend's Azusa, Lost but Seeking to Cthulhu.
The second impact of that rules announcement was more pronounced. The new color identity rules opened up a few new generals, and I was excited...to have the chance to play with a bunch of terrible Fallen Empires cards.
What do you think? I've been playing it for 10 months or so. The power level fluctuates wildly depending upon your draws. I'm always open to suggestions, with the caveat that I intend my decks to be solid, without being cutthroat.
I like your list quite a bit, it reminds me of the thallid deck I first made when I started playing Magic. I have one suggestion that you may or may not have considered, and that is Fungal Bloom since it synergizes nicely with your general and most of your creatures.
Also Night Soil and Necrogenesis as combination graveyard hate and saproling generators.

I had Fungal Bloom in the list initially, but it was often just not very exciting. Night Soil and/or Necrogenesis seem like excellent ideas, and I will look to squeeze one or both in.
Also, Fauna Shaman seems good here, Volrath's Stronghold for recursion and Swiftfoot Boots to protect general. Maybe Konda'a Banner would also help with your token theme.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.
Weiss Schwarz Sets
Accel World, Angel Beats, Familiar of Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Guilty Crown, Kill La Kill, Robotics;Notes, Sword Art Online.
Chaos Partners
Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Iona, Kirishima, Kongou.
Dangan Ronpa: Asahina, Togami.
Freezing: Vibration: Chiffon, Satelizer.
Vanguard Clans Favoured
Angel Feather, Dark Irregulars, Genesis, Neonecter, Pale Moon, Shadow Paladins, Tachikaze.
I have fond memories of fungal bloom and thorn thallid... Can you give any game recaps by chance? Who was in it and what your general boardstate got to and how you recovered and just how it played out etc. How the fungi performed, how often you wanted to/did cast thelon, how much/often he did anything/something. If you've played it a lot, how much variety there is, stuff like that. I wish every single general had reviews and game recaps available for them, hehe. So many I want to try, but I have a tight budget as far as buying a ton of edh decks.
My list would be lacking some of the expensive cards from your list but would probably be in the same vein.
