Phage is an interesting general. You cant cast her normally without her losing,
but if you do get to attack someone with her they are probably going to lose.
There are 4 cards in the deck that allow you to get phage into play without
losing: Torpor orb, Sundial of the Infinite, Platinum Angel, and Nether Void.
All these cards run the risk of being blown up in response to casting phage, so
dont try unless your sure it will work.
really? you cant find a better mono-black commander? i am sorry but you can afford a nether void but not a better deck? you are a playing a commander that you can only cast so many ways and if they destroy your artifact or enchantment while you cast phage you loose!!!!!!!! not to mention that if they blink her you loos. i would suggest keeping the deck just changing the commander, you can even still play phage!!!!!!! i would look into geth lord of the vault or chanier dementia master but thats just personal preference, if i were you i would sit down and look through a list of all of the black legends and try and find a better commander then you have now. I am not trying to be mean, just trying to be realistic.

I made this deck after talking to someone who was saying that she is unplayable
as a general. Also why would you not want a general that says "player loses the game" on it?

It's ok, I get annoyed when people try to do something different too.
You might want to include Withering Boon and Thrull Wizard as other options to get Phage out of the command zone. Withering Boon is especially good, as you greatly reduce the risk of someone taking it out in response to Phage.
Other than that, I'd get some more reanimate to hand effects. Phyrexian Reclamation and Haunted Crossroads are both solid options that help you get Phage out again if she gets killed, because you don't really want her going back to the command zone.
Ziquallx has a point about flicker effects as well, so you may want some more sac outlets. Land based ones are probably the best, so look into Phyrexian Tower, High Market, Miren, the Moaning Well, that kind of thing.
On an unrelated note, Deserted Temple is a fun one to use with Coffers.
