Okay, so most people don't like infect as an EDH victory method, but I decided to build something with it anyway. I figured that the only way to make the deck work was with overwhelming card advantage, and when I bought the Commander deck with Damia, Sage of Stone in it, I knew just what I needed in order to make the deck work. Here it is, the best way I've found to make infect work in EDH:
The idea behind the deck is to get out the strong infect creatures, and then take one of two paths to victory. The first is to whittle down the opponents with proliferate. The second is to alpha strike one opponent at a time. Both are effective, but they each have their own issues. Proliferating makes your objective obvious and gives your opponents lots of time to shut it down, while alpha strikes leave you open to getting hit by your other opponents. I counteract this by being friendly with the whole table via Jace Beleren draws every turn, but that only goes so far with some folks.
It's a challenging deck to run, but I like it a lot.
Caress of Phyrexia is my headshot in this deck, because it doesn't rely on attacking creatures and is often completely unexpected. But that's another option, certainly.
I loved this deck. My Damia used to be an infect deck until I purchased the cards for the actual control Damia. Though every once in a while I take it back to cockatrice and have some fun.
Hey, I just thought I'd suggest the mimeoplasm as an infect general over damia.
Damia costs seven to cast, and has to live to be useful. If it lives until your next turn, it draws you a few cards. It's basically a worse Regal Force, since the card draw is delayed.
Mimeoplasm costs five to cast, and if it lives to your upkeep, you usually kill them with a 10/10 infect creature.
The difference between five and seven is so huge, too. In edh, you can't really count on seeing the best cards in your deck, especially in an infect deck where you're playing a bunch of guys.
One ramp spell or draw spell will usually ensure that you hit your fifth land on or before turn five.
Seven mana, however, rarely happens on turn seven. It requires something like back-to-back ramp spells (or being flooded), probably unrealistic for a deck that wants to cast creatures on turns 3 and 4. You're more likely to see your seventh land on turn ten. By that point, everyone is firing on all cylinders, and the person to your right will be able to untap and kill Damia.
That's my personal opinion after having played Damia and Mimeoplasm. Damia may feel like card advantage, but mimeoplasm is like having Body Double as an 8th card in your hand.
Which reminds me, you should consider running Body Double, Phyrexian Metamorph, Sakashima the Impostor, and Phantasmal Image in your infect deck. Body Double especially is very useful in infect, to rebuy skittles or something.
As for your current list, I'd cut black sun's zenith for a different wrath. BSZ isn't very good when your guys are smaller than your opponent's. Evacuation would be the wrath of my choice for your deck.

Edit: Cryptic Command would also be very good for your deck. Tapping down your opponent's team when you're playing infect is pretty nice. (And the other three modes are pretty nice.)

I'll be sad if people don't start calling The Chain Veil "Fleetwood Mac."
Invigorate is hilarious in infect as it can kill them on the spot. And giving them 3 life doesn't matter since you aren't attacking their life.
If you're running Tezz which I suggest cutting most of your PWs because they aren't helping you, I would run more equipment. They make every creature a legitimate one kit threat. These include the Mirrodin Swords, Jitte, Loxodon War Hammer, Empyrial Plate, and Sword of Vengeance.
As for PWs to cut I would stay with Jace 2, Vess, and Tezz Seeker. Maybe Garruk because he ramps you and Overruns.

He's Running Contagion Engine, Contagion Clasp, Viral Drake and Inexorable Tide. He can easily win off Liliana Vess or Sorin + those cards. Jace Beleren + proliferate is also pretty darn good.
Proliferate + Walkers is an EDH deck I've seen all on it's own, and it's actually pretty fierce. Second win conditions are nice, I'd leave in most of the middling walkers because of that.

I had thought about The Mimeoplasm for awhile, but Damia just seemed more useful. Combining Damia with Archmage Ascension is absolutely bonkers. Being able to Demonic Tutor for every card I put in my hand each turn is a winner every time.
Cryptic Command seems like a great addition. I used to run a Sleep for that same purpose. Cryptic Command seems much better.
Not the biggest fan of using Equipment to pump my creatures, just because it goes against the two strategies that I mentioned above. I only use Whispersilk Cloak to supplement Blighted Agent's unblockable bonus.
The walkers are all highly essential to the deck. The only one that doesn't perform up to snuff all the time is Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas, just because it makes me sift through a lot of cards that I'd rather have in my hand. I find that Tezzeret AoB only works well when I have Jace, the Mind Sculptor to make sure I get what I need in hand first. Thinking of adding a Sensei's Divining Top for that reason as well.
Hah, I have a Damia Infect build, but it is all commons and is a blast to play. It was damn hard to try to get it to work but when it wins, it WINS.
