I love milling. It's one of my favorite ways to win, and even though it's even harder to do in EDH than it is in other formats, I still manage to do it here. It's a lot of fun, and building this deck was one of the most enjoyable deck-building experiences I have had.
There it is, my way of making your deck disappear. It's not an easy deck to run against competitive tournament decks, but in casual games, it's a lot of fun. I've managed to make it work in some multiplayer games too, but it is much easier in multiplayer games when it's Planechase EDH. I love it nonetheless.
Sounds like you need a good and reliable method to take out Eldrazis and self-shuffling creatures like Dread from enemy decks so you can mill them. May I suggest Memoricide, and its arcane equivalent Cranial Extraction?

How about Oona, Queen of the Fae? I used to run her as a commander actually, and the sheer pain in someone's face as X cards aren't just milled, but exiled, is divine. Cruel, I know, but I enjoy it.

In response to both of these - I'm not a fan of exiling because it nullifies the effect of cards like Keening Stone, Geth, Lord of the Vault, and Wrexial, the Risen Deep. Also worth exploring, I suppose, but it would require changing a fair amount of the deck, I think.
I actually messed around with making a deck like this earlier today. I think Mirko Vosk would be a better commander since he costs less, but that's just me.
Also, if you want to win via milling only that's cool, but Guiltfeeder would be good in here (I see you already have Consuming Aberration, so possibly just an oversight?).

May I suggest Deny Reality?
Altar of Dementia & Reins of Power is also a decent way to clear one side of the board.
eds – oh, & Forced Fruition is
I have Sadistic Sacrament and Jester's Cap for that.
I don't think Deny Reality has enough punch. But it might be worth exploring.

Trepanation Blade also worked well for me in testing.
