Decided to post my nath deck, it is one of my more competitive decks. But no infinity combos still. It is mostly a token deck at heart with a discard sub theme.
I am considering a shift to elf tribal over tokens. This deck takes a while to get going, I am trying to work on the average CMC but I have like 7 spells that are 8+ but are so good I can't figure out which to cut.
How is Garruk working? Although he's a token producer, he seems harder to defend than other planeswalkers. Maybe Awakening Zone, which makes tokens and can ramp you? Also, Rampaging Baloths works towards your token theme, although you might not like the combo interaction with Perilous Forays (you could just choose to not go infinite during your game).
As blasphemous as it sounds, you could maybe take out Genesis Wave, as pretty much the only thing you want to hit is PrimeTime/Avenger. If you were to tutor up a wincon, I feel that Death Cloud would do more than Genesis Wave to win you the game and Tooth and Nail pretty much does Genesis wave for you anyway.
A hidden gem I like is Phyrexian Reclamation, and can let you replay your Prime time or EWit multiple times in a turn. I also like Rude Awakening a lot, as you can swing in with your lands, or you can produce a lot of mana.
You probably could take out the equips, because you're looking to win through token swarm, and having only a few particular guys that you want to protect probably don't warrant these equipments. Akroma's Memorial helps your creatures overall while granting some nice haste.

Triumph of the Hordes>>Overwhelming Stampede unless you don't like poison or different house rules.
No love for Explosive Vegetation?
