Goblin Guide is the Grand Prix Promo.

No pro-tour promo has been announced to my knowledge and no announcement was made saying they would dis-continue it either.

FYI, the "Con promo" for 2012 is Merfolk Mesmerist. I picked one up at PAX this past weekend. I could scan it, but there's little point - the flavor text is the website, and the expansion symbol is the star. That's the only difference from a pack foil.

Seems like a very uninspired choice.

I wonder if you'd be able to make profit by getting DOTP on PSN. Seems pretty unfair though, that the promos aren't the same across the board. or was it the same last time, did psn get garruk and xbox liliana?

Other way around. The last time, the promos were:
xBox: Garruk
Steam: Nissa
PSN: Liliana

They want people to buy the game on multiple platforms for the promo cards.
