I probably would have gone UBw (splash for flashback unburial/ saving grasp, midnight haunting, and moorland haunt), but I suppose you could have gone BRg if you wanted to play huntmaster and wolf run. I mean, you have two evolving wilds.

BRG, because both the huntmaster and the wolf run can win the game by themselves. Your black is extremely good and deep, and unburial on huntmaster is such back breaking. Add good uncommons (pyreheart, boneflingers, rig...).
TBH, I didn't look at the resulting curve, but your pool is crazy good, on top of money mythic. /jealousy at getting bad pools for my last 5 sealed. EDIT: woah! two evolving wild! Also, just realized this must be a *6* packs sealed, explaining a bit the depth, but still, crazy good rares and uncommons. Last edited by pierrebai; 04-15-2012 at 02:07 PM. |

Black is a must, double farbog??
Red is the next best color, and it would be up to you if you wanna run green for the Huntmaster and Wolf Run. Personally, I'd go BRG.

I would go UB and splash white (off 1 plains, I guess) for the Rites flashback and Moorland Haunt.
Black is quite strong with 2 Farbog Boneflingers. We're playing those no matter what. Red just seems bad except for Pyreheart Wolf and Geistflame, and green and white have insufficient playables. Huntmaster is the "stone cold nutter butters" but I don't think it's better than having 3 evasive blue creatures and some other nice stuff. |

Huntmaster actually just is much better. It's basically unbeatable unless they have a slayer of the wicked or something immediately. (and even then, you still get a wolf and some life). Stormbound geist doesn't do anything, and moon heron isn't anyone's idea of a real finisher. Stormbound geist stinks. It's not a card that should draw you to a color. It's ok to play if you're heavy blue, but it doesn't block anything relevant and you find yourself getting run over by opposing torch fiends and silverchase foxes that you can't block. This pool is going to be RGb huntmaster wolf run, splashing black for removal. That's the good deck. Pyreheart wolf, huntmaster, and wolf run are going to make the bad red filler creatures look at better than they really are.
