So chrisgio and negotiated and agreed to a trade. I sent my cards out as a batch (went to the post office one day and sent out a bunch of trades at once). In this batch I sent chrisgio's cards out, because I have never had a problem trading here.

So here it is almost a month later and I have yet to receive so I am opening this so there will be some sort of resolution.

I have no ill will towards chrisgio, but he obviously received as indicated in his pm's.

I don't understand why I got a bad trader notification? I can show you all of the PM's if you would like, I kept them all. Here's what happened. We agreed that since I had no feedback at the time that I would ship first and he would then ship upon getting his cards. I sent my package to him and then a few others on the same day. One day like a week and a half later, I got Lilianavess33's package and figured everything went smoothly. He then tells me about a week later that he never got my package. I don't see why I am getting in trouble for that? How is it my fault that UPS lost my package? I was not trying to scam him. If I was, then what logic would I have behind shipping first? That makes absolutely no sense. This would've been so much easier if he had just waited for my package and then shipped like we had originally agreed upon. But because he shipped early and my package got lost, you want to give me a bad rating?

chrisgio, in your PM to me you mentioned several PMs were missing. Would you please post all of the PMs you have for this trade.

Also, the goal here is to find a solution that you both can live with.
Per the Market Street rules:

1.7 It is your responsibility to ensure that your package(s) reach their intended destinations. You will be held accountable for items lost in the mail if you did not use a form of tracking. Proof of sending is not sufficient. Senders are responsible for package(s) only until they reach their final destination and cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen after proven delivery.

Once chrisgio posts the PMs he has, I would like the two of you to (in this thread) discuss possible resolutions.

no Chris, your not in any kind of trouble at all, I simply opened this because I seek resoultion. nothing more, nothing less. once everything is resolved it will be reflected within this thread. I have not left you negative feedback, nor tried to slander you in anyway. I merely want a public record of what's going on.

As far as your comment to keeping all of the pm's I have them as well. Did I forget one? If so please add to the convo it would be greatly appreciated.

There is no reason to be so defensive, as I said I harbor no ill will, just want to get things done and over with.

chrisgio has been on several times since I sent my last note. He will be banned for failure to follow through on a trade. Since he received your end and you did not receive his, I suggest you file for mail fraud.
