This was originally an aggro deck with a token sub-theme, pulling out fatties like Primeval Titan, Brutalizer Exarch, and Symbiotic Wurm, but I decided to go full token on it and I'm really happy with what I got. I'm definitely open to criticism and suggestions.
Note: (S) means it is also a sac outlet. I tried to make as many of the utility cards work doubly with the theme of the deck, and I was surprised to find so many synergies.
Interesting build. I run a more traditional board-control Savra deck. I think it's a stronger way to go, but I like your build for the creativity.
You are running Perilous Forays. Good. Now, add Bloodghast to generate just absurd amounts of mana.
You are missing Bitterblosom, which I assume is due to budget.
Black creatures are much better for Savra than green ones. I'm also not a fan of 1-shot token generators over reusable ones. Therefore, I'd prefer Breeding Pit to Gelatinous Genesis, even though it ties up your mana a bit. Of course, this deck should have no problems with mana.
I really like all your suggestions. When I initially conjured up the deck, most of those lands were in there, but I cut them for price reasons. They stay on my wishlist though
And you are right, I am severely lacking in black sacs. I will definitely take that into account.
Birthing Pod would benefit from a 1cc drop to use all those tokens with, the problem is that few cards are worth it at 1cc and fit into your deck - I don't necessarily recommend either but you could consider Thallid and Llanowar Mentor.
So I'm glad to see you posting the decklist here finally! And there's a card I think you may have missed in the initial run lab rats is basically sprout swarm #2 that makes black tokens instead!

I'd like to see Miren, the Moaning Well, Phyrexian Tower, and High Market in here. Practically uncounterable sac outlets are gold to Savra. If you can afford it, Volrath's Stronghold should go in just about any deck running black.
It's not really part of your token theme Grave-Shell Scarab does a lot of work in Savra decks. I'd likely use this instead of Harmonize.

Sylvan Safekeeper isn't a bad 1-drop. Birds of Paradise/Elves of Deep Shadow are OK. Gravecrawler can be sacrificed and possibly come back. I don't think any of these are awesome, but they are reasonable 1-drops.
I figured some of the cards I was suggesting were excluded due to budget reasons, but I would've felt remiss in not suggesting them.
