U/W Delver Miracle Need Help

Im trying to build a delver deck with favorable winds and entreat the angels and would like some ideas I'm not sure if I should be control heavy and run devastation tides and terminus because of all the Aggro in standard right now or do something completely different the only thing I'm sure of is I want delivers favorable winds and entreat the angels in the deck any help would be greatly appreciated

Favorable winds doesn't seem like a good match for Entreat. Entreat is a win condition on it's own and you don't need Winds when you're just slamming 4-5 angels.

I would put Winds in a spirit deck where you have more cheap flyers and actually want an anthem effect. That could include delver for curving purposes, I suppose. Stuff to consider: Drogskol Captain, lingering souls, midnight haunting, dungeon geist, moorland haunt.

Actually from what i can tell most people are playing either U/W delver or USA control.
I've played my friends USA control and it seems to be weak against control or mill.

And as far as I can figure building the deck is fairly easy.

Something like
4X delver
3-4x entreat the angels
4x terminus
3x devastation tide
3-4x bonfire of the damned
The rest Depends on the player and how you like to play.
