So after many months of playing Uber-Competitive 1vs1 Zur the enchanter, I decided it was time for a non Super control, non Super Tutor, non-jerk deck (or "Zurk" as my playgroup called him). So while scrounging for cards, I found something epic, and I had no choice but to build it because frankly, THE MIMEOPLASM HAS A FREAKING T-REX FOR AN ARM, and very few things are cooler than that. Hail to the king!
Feedback is always appreciated, as I've never played a graveyard based deck before! I'm considering Harvester of souls, Simic Sky swallower and Birthing Pod. Are they worth it? Is there anything I'm missing?
Two great Mimeo targets that are harder to kill I would recommend are Inkwell leviathan and Thrun, the Last Troll. Trample, flying and Islandwalk on the Leviathan work wonders and Thrun can be a presence by himself if it comes to that.
I was never a big fan of Avatar of Woe in mine. She just never performed. It seemed I was always waiting to cast her for 2 or 8 mana and by then it was too late to be of great effect.
I second the Eternal Witness instead of regrowth. You can abuse a utility creature like that easier than a one off spell. Also another utility creature I've found to be an allstar is Big Game Hunter. Madness is great. Can remove most targetable fatties and people won't attack if they know you can chump and recur these two creatures.

Animate Dead > Dance of the Dead (enters untapped, doesn't require mana to untap)
Eternal Witness > Regrowth (extra creature target for Mimeo, easy to recur especially in this deck)
Profane Command is really good, I'd run it over Stitch Together.
Mesmeric Orb and Windfall are missing.. not sure where you want to fit them in, but they give Mimeoplasm great targets.
