After transforming, she has P/T stats that exceed all of the other white 2-drops, and is splashable to boot. She's not that interesting, but she gets the job done.
A 3/3 for 2 is the best you're gonna get for a damage output, she's good, granted your curve goes well, playing her turn 2 means you essentially got a 3/3 with haste on turn 3 as well as a sick 3 drop, it's pretty nice.
Cloistered Youth is a 3/3 for 1W beginning with her first attack. The drawback of losing 1 life each turn is quite negligible for an aggro deck. 3/3s for two mana and no real drawback are awesome for any aggressive deck. This is why I - and many, many others too - run her.
Sure, she is vulnerable for one turn, but even if she gets killed, you don't lose much tempo, since she only cost two.
I think she's one of white's best aggro creatures, especially if you don't always draft with 8 and splashability is a major concern. Obviously the shadow guys are the best, and thalia is probably better, but she has the best P/T of anything at 2 mana in white. I'm a big fan.
I've gotten a lot of crap from Adam for playing the Youth, but I've never been unhappy with it in my deck. It certainly isn't exciting, though. 3/3 attacking on t3 next to your one drop is just fine; I've never cared much about the drawback.

What's Adam's complaint? Is it an objection to the Transform mechanic or to White aggro? Splashable 3/3s are just great for aggro.

I see a lot of people running her, but I haven't seen the appeal yet. Where does she fall on the list of white two drops?

I'm curious about this as well. She's definitely not exciting, but she's basically exactly what I want in my white aggro decks.
