*thieve's auction and scrambleverse were originally main deck and i love those cards as to the chaos they bring, however... the groans from my play group didn't warrant running them. There effects too way too long to resolve and made the game obnoxious. I still think they are great cards (and work well to disrupt any king making)*
If you don't have a way to actually win, your friends will get bored with your deck rather quickly, and so will you. Just a fair warning for you.
That's not always true. My brother has a pretty fun goblin deck, and while it can win, he primarily focuses on wreaking as much havoc in the game, usually for laughs, before sacking all of his lands to Ib, and then sacking all of his goblins to the klickslither and going out in a blaze of glory, generally leaving a jinxed idol still bouncing around on the field. Some people don't design EDH decks to win, just to do amazingly hilarious things.
That's all well and good as long as everyone knows what they're getting into is all. Chaos decks have a bad reputation for a reason. For my group, we have planar decks for getting some external factors involved and we enjoy it quite a bit.

I have had this together for a few months, it's one of my go to decks/my playgroup asks me to play it alot... then again almost all my other decks are degenerate.

Wow, i definitely can't believe i haven't added teferi's puzzle box back in. it's both Hug and chaos!
with all the draw and new frontiers/collective voyage mana has not been an issue. but i can see where that makes it much easier to get more effects off riku so i may reconsider and add at least one in.
i left planar chaos out, mostly due to another friend who had an entire coin flipping deck back when we were kids. it was so chaotic and funny, but i said i was going to leave that stuff out and let it be his, since all he liked to do was coin flip cards
sculpting steel may get in, prime time i am leaving out because he does too much for me and not enough for all.
charmbreaker devils... umm i need to look at new sets more closely. i stopped playing standard when innistrad came out and just browse spoilers during the pre-release time and then random finds in trade binders. i miss gems like these. thanks.

You don't understand our playgroup then. We have an unhealthy amount of group hug and noone has an issue with it being played. This is, perhaps, a bit of a problem. There is a funny combo we recently discovered in Shared Fate and Trade Secrets though, that you could use to win the game. (Or as it happened, force someone else to win the game. XD)
How do you feel about Conjured Currency for the list?

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
i really should add some more land back in... although mana is never really an issue (though that could be playgroup specific; noone really targets me with malcontent; knowing that the deck will eventually ramp them)
Varchild's War-Riders can get pretty hilarious in a group game. especially if all of a sudden you drop something to punish creatures in play / creatures that die.
out
boldwyr heavyweights, indentured djinn, shah of naar isle, gate to the aether, time reversal, warp world, grip of chaos, shared fate
in
ral zarek, prophet of kruphix, thassa, god of the sea, akroan horse, arbiter of the ideals, sensei's divining top, tempt with discovery, whims of the fates
still need to switch sylvan primordial out since the banning
added in dictate of kruphix and dictate of karametra; cut time twister to put into nekusar deck and also cut arbiter of ideals because it never really did much for me.
want to add dack fayden and split decision. i think next to come out would be timesifter and whims of the fates
I see this card and thought, wouldn't it be more fun to double cast Show and Tell or Warp World? let's double creatures like Boldwyr Heavyweights or hunted phantasm.

added chandra the firebrand yay more twincast!
added in a few powerful creatures (wort, the raidmother, charmbreaker devils, maelstrom wanderer); removed some of the more group hug cards
pushed cards to sideboard - dammit it keeps growing!
added more mana producing effects so i can take better advantage of the general.

it's not so much that i was getting land screwed, it's just that plasm capture never really did anything for my deck strategy.
also, retooled the decklist to be in alphabetical order under each card type section for ease of reading/making changes.
