She obviously has a lot of potential, however I simply don't have access to her right now and will have to wait until I win her in a draft or until the price hopefully comes down a bit.
Who runs her, and if you don't, at what cube size would you do so?
Does anyone already have play experience that they would want to share?
I have only used it while playing in a M13 draft, so my opinion may be slanted.
If you look at it even as a 4 mana for 4/3 Flyer makes it a good compromise. The exalted ability is a plus, the exalted to every other creature you control, as well as already creatures with exalted is huge!
I've found it great for a "semi-surprise" strike turn 4 or so when opponent may have tapped out all of their mana.
How have you guys seen this one used or used yourself? Is it better for a U/Wcontrol? or?
She died to just about every removal in my 360 cube. There just isnt anything to cut in the first place...and she seems counterintuitive for the various W/x aggro build that usually develop.

She doesn't go in the typical token/anthem builds, but she's great in mid-range and control decks that have a decent creature count where they're not always swinging as a team. W/G mid-range with mana dorks and U/W creature-based control will walls, Mom, etc... the Angel has been great in both of those archetypes.
Sublime Archangel probably is the third or fourth best 4cc white creature imo, making it worthy of a spot even in the smaller cubes. I'd rank it something like this:
I think Restoration Angel is on a par with Hero at the top there. It's insanely easy for immediately 2-for-1 or 3-for-1 with that card, and it leaves a 3/4 flyer. I wouldn't run Ranger of Eos at less than 500.
If I'm not counting Exalted Angel as a 4-drop (which I do) the rest of the list would look like this for me:
1. Hero of Bladehold
2. Restoration Angel
3. Kor Sanctifiers
4. Ranger of Eos
5. Sublime Archangel
But that's just my personal ranking. Those are the 6 I run at 500, and at 450, I'd probably pass on the Sublime Archangel. Ranger is really good when you can sit down at a table with 6-8 drafters. But if I was more focused on Winston/Sealed (and/or 4-man drafts) Ranger would drop and the Archangel would move up.
It would be an interesting exercise to open a discussion on cards and archetypes that get better or become playable with larger groups of drafters. 6 or 8 man drafts are a different beast to the 2-man Winston drafts I'm accustomed to.

Kojiro would have a ton of useful info on this, as his cube is based around build-around me style archetypes and full man drafting, and less focused on general good stuff decks and intrinsically powerful cards. His list was an inspiration when my playgroup increased and we switched from the Winston/Sealed/4-man draft style into 6-8 man regular drafts. My 500 card list basically became a hybrid between the powered 360 Winston/Sealed cube I had before and a larger draft-style archetype-centric cube.

I did note the nod to kojiro's list when you expanded. It seems like a logical way to go at the 450+ level with more drafters, when there is firstly room for the disparate archetype-driving cards, and secondly the number of drafters means you're more likely to see the cards you need. I think it makes more sense for my own group to stay away from the 'build-around'-type cards and archetype support, for the same reason we have cut to 320 from a much larger size; 2-man Winstons are the majority of our drafts, and so it's extremely risky to open a Wildfire or Sneak Attack and then build around that. I can definitely see the appeal of that approach though, for larger groups, and I'd definitely reinstate the Wildfire archetype in particular. But we still have loads of fun, and niche decks like mono-black do crop up.
I really want to give this card a try but I'm not sure it's better than any of the 4 drops I'm currently running. I can switch it out for something higher in my curve but even then I'm not sure it's better than any of them. At 4 drop I'm currently running:
Specialities about the cube: U tempo, B aggro, R slow-ish are supported. G aggro is not.
Currently trying to support tokens in all colors but blue, in different ways: W pumps them, B sacrifices them, R suicides them, G has decent-sized ones.

Yeah she's absurd and I like her more than Ranger, although I think you have room for all 4 in your 500 card cube. The nice thing about Sublime is that she gives you good attacks when you otherwise might not have them.
The Angel is significantly better than Ranger of Eos, imo. It has an immediate impact (sometimes devastatingly so), and is evasive and can crack for a LOT of damage the turn after it comes in.
Ranger of Eos gives me exactly what my white decks are looking for. It's card advantage that allows me to immediately rebuild my board if my opponent can deal with my current suite of threats. While simultaneously removing two 1-drops from my capable topdecks, fetching 1cc creatures that have mid-late game relevance, and building a board of threats entirely on its own. And it contributes a threat to the board in itself. I think it's much better than the Angel, personally.
Archangel is definitely worth running at 500 & personally I run it and not the ranger. The archangel has a virtual haste because it pumps a guy the turn it comes into play. That card was the main reason I lost a draft match on Friday. It is a very scary card solely based on its ability but adding in evasion makes it quite good.
Angel has been more consistent in my group compared to Eos, but we almost never see aggro decks. This is partly a result of only doing, at most, 4 person drafts and having a lot of them be winston drafting, but still, food for thought.
- It definitely seems like it would be better in smaller lists where the quality of 1-drops is more dense.
- Also, how much of an impact does 2 1-drops have on turn 5? Unless it is something that has some reach to it (Figure of Destiny, Grim Lavamancer), does grabbing a pair of 2-power cards matter that much at that point? This is an honest question, so please tell me about your experiences.

As always, this is extremely situational. If it's the last bit of "oomph" you need, it's perfect. If you only have a couple Savannah Lions to grab and that isn't enough, it sucks. When he's grabbing your mom/destiny/etc. he can be nuts, other times you'll be forced to over-extend with your new army and you get blown out by a wrath.

My Cube: http://cubetutor.com/viewcube/9029
1.) Hero of Bladehold (clearly the best white 4cc drop imo)
2.) Ranger of Eos (needs good 1-drops, but with them is very powerful)
3.) Sublime Archangel (three and four are really close, and as they are both pretty new I'm not sure which I like better)
4.) Restoration Angel
5.) Emeria Angel (better than random creature x listed below, but that's about it)
6.) Various other white 4cc drops (Calciderm, Kor Sanctifiers, Celestial Crusader, Wall of Reverence, etc...)
