Thelon of Havenwood ????Legal???

Hi i was just wondering if Thelon of Havenwood is a legal General for EDH.

The only reason is the card itself is green but has a black mana symbol to activate its ability. If someone could reply to the thread it would be nice

Yes, the black mana is part of his color identity. Therefore, he's considered

general.
