The US border has pretty much closed up for me, sadly. I can't just drive down and bring back piles of Magic cards like I used to. Hassle, fingerprinting, rectal probes, unmanned drones hovering over my house for weeks after every border crossing, hefty taxation, all that good stuff. So I have to buy locally, and yeah, $100 CND is cheap. Most stores retail boxes at $120 in Canada (and our dollar is currently at par with the USD, so that's $120 USD).
As for buying and having it shipped into Canada - Wizards has never, and will never, allow that. Only American sellers can buy Magic booster boxes. Just how it goes! I'd love some $72 booster boxes like sellers in the US get
I too think Augur of Bolas will remain a chase uncommon, at least until reprinted.
Exalted pushes the infect player nearer and faster towards 10 poison counters, that's why. Infect strategy tends to be more towards speed and tempo rather than grinding.
If the store owner says that I can't trade in the premises, I'll just go outside. If he says that I can't trade within 10m of his premises, I'll go to 11 meters. If he says that he doesn't want to see me trading, I will put a basket over his head and continue trading.
Yes, he's a local legend. He's only known to take his clothes off before he goes into the Ladies' Lockerroom. Nobody knows what he does in there because he's invisible, but it's almost certainly tons of masturbating.
Does Cathedral of War have anything to do with speed? Or tempo?
I have to assume you're pulling my leg. In fact, I have to assume that whoever claimed an Infect deck somewhere did well with Cathedral of War in it was also joking.

It's repeatable pump for your creatures they doesn't cost mana (except the turn you drop it) and there's very little land destruction out there right now (and it would generally be headed at your inkmoths). SCG bumped it's prices for them.

Or look at the mtg dallies... cathedrals and infect are a significant %.
Infect puts pressure on fast which is speed and tempo.
The question is how good will Cathedral be without infect. It has potential but many other agro decks don't give it a chance so what will it take from RtR to make it viable again?
It's an instant speed 5/5 trampler for 4. Wtf do you people want seriously? It has applications in populate/ above the curve beats decks, or in Bant control/ flash. I seriously think anyone mad at this card for any reason other than losing an attacker to instant speed wurm, should go home and make their own awesome card game and leave the rest of us alone.
Cathedral of War is an utility land for the mono colored aggro decks as the Innistrad block colorless Dual utility lands are better in their respective color combinations. However I don't see much potential for these mono colored aggro decks once RTR comes out as the set will push the guild color combinations.
I posted the same link in my original post but apparently it was ignored.
I can't speak for everybody else who reads this thread, but I responded to your post. I got your link, thanks. I wasn't asking it to be reposted, I was expressing my doubt that anyone could really win with Cathedral of War in their infect deck. Of course, it happened (well 2nd place anyway), but my point was that it just seemed like a joke because I couldn't (and still can't) understand why anyone would put such a horrible land into their decks to achieve one extra poison counter, and only if they attack alone. Maybe I'm showing my poor deckbuilding skills here, but I would sooner play the horrible Unnatural Predation than Cathedral of War if I was trying to give one of my creatures +1 power. The only exception might be if my opponent was playing a lot of counterspells, and even then, I'd probably still go with the instant.
But hey, this thread is for discussing trends in prices as much as it is for anything else, and if players out there are buying up Cathedrals, that's something to note. I haven't seen the price moving on eBay yet and there are tons of copies available, but we'll see.
One of the reasons Cathedral is so good in infect is that it forces the opponent to use their tragic slip/gut shot before attackers, which lets infect respond with a pump spell.

But you can't cut 4 lands for 4 Unnatural Predation can you? The cathedral pump is free, at the cost of a land coming into play tapped, but will continue to be useful throughout the game.
Cool, but I still don't see how exalted and infect work together whatsoever.
And of note, the price of Cathedral hasn't moved at all in weeks (except to drop below $3).
What makes Cathedral good in the mono green deck is that it's a pump that fills a land slot. One of the problems with the deck is that the list is very tight on card slots, so being able to squeeze in an additional pump, even a minor one is of great value.
What makes the +1 so valuable is that it's frequently enough to shorten the clock by one turn because of how the numbers work out with the pumps and the amount of infect people get per swing.
In your Unnatural Predition example, that's a pump that's coming at the cost of another spell slot. The Cathedral comes at the cost of a Forest, and provided the manabase can handle it you're not losing anything by putting it in.
Turntimber Grove comes to mind, as forgettable as it was. It only gives the +1/+1 once, but it always works. Cathedral requires a creature to attack alone. Grove taps for colored mana instead of colorless, and was an unplayable common, even though it was legal in Standard alongside infect. I'm struggling to see how Cathedral is even as good as Grove, let alone better.
People seem to like Exalted as a keyword, and it's flavorful, but really it's an ability you only play if it happens to come with an effect you're looking for, ala Hierarch. Casuals will always love Cathedral, but that doesn't make it a good or valuable card.
Encouraging infect players to go even further all in on a single attacker while being a terrible tempo card makes Cathedral something of a trap.
Well, its update time again, since I have a few minutes: As always prices come from the lowest end of ebay buy it nows for playsets/4, and the lower end of tcgplayer (typically whichever is lower).

Total value of mythics: $108 (Down $7)
Total value of rares: $55 (Up $1)
Total value of common/uncommon set: $7.50 (Up $1.50)
Total set value: $170 (Down $5)
Overall average box value (some will be higher, some will be lower):
Mythics: $7.20/mythic x 4.5 mythics/box = $32.40 (down $2.10)
Rares: $1.04/rare x 31.5 rares/box = $32.70 (up .70)

Total overall average box value: $83 (Up $1)
No real significant movement, few small ups, few small downs, mythic value dropped some more, rare value actually increased a tiny bit, with the uncommon/common playset value actually increasing back up again, there really are a lot of good quality uncommons and some decent commons in the set to help keep that number higher at the very least for now. From here I suspect we will see other minor adjustments until mtgo redemption eventually hits the market, until then, probably not going to be a whole lot of movement.
Not sure if this is the right place for this but here it goes. I recently sold a set of innistrad to my lgs for 40 dollars cash 35 dollars store credit, being offered 85 store credit or 65 cash i went with the split.
Now I will be selling them a full set of M13 and have yet to recieve a offer for the set but i thought you financial geniuses would be able to help me come up with a prediction of their offer?
