Creature explanation:
Coiling Oracle:Usually nets me a land and helps filter out my deck for cascading purposes. Sakura-Tribe Elder: Early game ramp, and since so much of my land is basic. Magus of the moon: I'm getting sick of tired of see gaea's cradle everywhere. Yavimaya Elder: Ensures that I don't miss land drops and draws a card. Eternal Witness: Recursion is always powerful, and is useful to pod away once it ETB. Oracle of Mul Daya: It ramps and tells me when to summon my general for cascade. Clone: It gets rid of pesky legendaries and because I can't afford Phyrexian metamorph atm. Glen Elendra Archmage:2x Negate on a stick, it flies too. Solemn Simulacrum: Cantrip and rampant growth in one. Seedborn Muse: Untapping my permanents during opponents' turn is all powerful. Urabrask the Hidden : Emergency haste and opponents' creatures ETB tapped is nice. Acidic Slime: trades for enemy creature, hopefully a titan or better, and destroys a pesky land, enchantment, and artifact. Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir: The joys of flashing in creatures and the fact that all removal is sorcery speed and my general gives out haste is even better. Body Double: You know that titan that died last turn, it's mine. Deadeye Navigator: My list may not be as etb heavy as other lists, but it still has a decent amount, enough to justify blinking. Consecrated Sphinx: Burying you in card advantage since 2011. Primeval Titan: One of my tooth and nail targets, Best friends forever with avenger. Inferno Titan: Take 6 regardless with a potential for 12, not bad at all. Brutalizer Exarch: Worldly tutor for 6 or tuck a troublesome permanent. Wurmcoil engine: Has great resiliency, and is a decent cascade. Avenger of Zendikar: Best friends with Prime Time. Sphinx of Uthuun: Fact or Fiction on a 5/6, not bad at all. Balefire Dragon: Roasts anything titan size or smaller, and thank you haste. Terastodon: The 3 elephants are worth a penitence compared to 3 troublesome permanents.
Planeswalker, Artifacts, and Enchantment explanations:
Garruk Wildspeaker: Untapping my lands all day everyday and the occasional overrun is nice. Asceticism: Hexproof to all my creatures and regenerate is nice. Sol Ring: 2 extra mana all powerful. Swiftfoot boots: hexproof and emergency haste enabler. Lightning greaves: see above, except with shroud and free equip. Signets: ramp and color fixing. Darksteel ignot: hard to get rid of ramp. Coalition relic: Ramp Crystal ball: poor man's top, used to filter my deck, will be replaced with top soon. Birthing pod: the creature cost curve just works. Sarkan Vol: Acts as a temporary anthem when it counts, I need a high market for the middle ability, and the ultimate is just cake. Garruk, Primal Hunter: Acts as a cantrip and if his ultimate goes off, I win.
Instants and Sorceries:
Brainstorm: To filter out with my deck and hopefully shuffle. Preordain: See brainstorm. Mystical tutor: tutor for tooth and nail or whatever other spell I need. They make for great cascades. Capsize: Bounce whatever I want back to my hand, usually my general or avenger. Buyback is also nice. Beast Within: Removal all powerful Fact or fiction: Usually draws me 3+ cards at instant speed, not bad for 4 mana. jace's Ingenuity: Couldn't think of anything better for draw power that isn't ridiculously expensive price wise at the time. Evacuation: One of the few board cleaners I have. Ponder: See brainstorm. Cultivate and Kodama's reach: ramp. Creeping Corrosion:My meta loves running troublesome artifacts. Rite of replication: I want more Primeval titans. Chain reaction: Eat that tokens! Not bad a wipe in multiplayer either. World at War: extra combat phase to kill and rebound Devastation tide: Evacuation #2, use with alchemists' refuge. Acquire: Nice sword you got there, it's mine. Walk the aeons: poor man's time warp. Recurring insight: Draw power with buyback. Blasphemous Act: board wipe. Boundless Realms: combines extremely well with avenger and ends games so well. Tooth and Nail: should be end game if this resolves, prime time+ avenger and beautiful cascade.
More time warp effects that aren't absurdly expensive/don't suck, I keep forgetting to pick up time warp from my lgs.
Akroma's memorial.
Whatever else I can think of.
Have you considered Riku of Two Reflections?
He can be mana hungry but if you cascade into him with your first cascade, you can copy whatever comes with the 2nd. Also, all the further cascades can be copied too, seems good imho.
What would I cut for it? I would considering Mulldrifter, but am open to suggestions.

HYPERGENESIS HELL YEAH
Is that a good enough meta reason? Not only do you limit your own options with nonbasic lands as Magus is on the battlefield but it also seems a bit silly to put in 1 card as a counter measure to 1 other card.
Moon isn't a 1 card answer to 1 other card, it's a 1 card answer to around 30* cards in each opponent's deck.
That said, I like Momir Vig, Simic Visionary, to control what you get out of cascade.

As said before, Momir Vig, Simic Visionary is really good here. Knowledge Exploitation is good too, and budget as well. Trade it for wrath/time warp/ramp spell, you should have what you want in every game.
I'm not a fan of Tamiyo here, it has a small effect while this deck wants crazy play. For example, I run Greater Good, this card is nuts, it allows you to draw a lot and eventually to sacrifice your Wanderer and recast it for two additionnal cascades.
Finally, I wonder what's your opinion about boots, are they really useful here ?
The hexproof really does help if you don't finish off your target and to prevent spot removal which my meta has quite a bit of. I probably should move Tamiyo to another deck though.
