As any cube, this is a work in progress. I started working on it around December of 2010. This cube has a rather large multicolor section, which I am in the process of trying to shrink, but there are a lot of cards in it that are popular in the playgroup and are difficult to cut. Right now I'm working on speeding up aggro, but not to a blisteringly fast pace. I've tried to select cards to make the cube powerful, but still allow for some of the more crazy/ridiculous spells that can make cube more fun. Unfortunately, that's both the cubes biggest strength and its biggest weakness, as it's very difficult to find that balance.
I have purposefully left out almost all of the shadow creatures, as I feel like they're less interactive and for that reason the idea of adding them has not been popular with my group. I may add a couple of them in to test out a cipher card or two after GTC hits, but I will probably keep them in U/B.
Any advice or suggestions is welcome.

I also run a 360 powered cube and I am pretty interested in how some of your card choices fare. When do the 3 color cards go in the draft and how often do they land? Why do you consider Noblie Hierarch a three color card, do you consider BoP five color? Would anyone splash green for it? How often does prey upon shine? Olivia over Aristocrat and Rhox over Primetime also seem like weird choices, unless it's a card availability choice.
I understand that but you are not likely to splash green for early game mana dorks so Noble will be picked by any player playing green that wants acceleration. He is just as good in mono green as Llanowar elf is, if not better.
In my opinion th only reason for a mono-colored card to be in a multi-color section is if it is only good in that multi-color deck, Wild Nacatl for instance is poor in mono green but outstanding in RWG; Noble Hierarch on the other hand is more than playable in almost any deck with green. It helps enable WU splashes and might encourage those picks after you have drafted it, which might exlain why it usually ends up in a deck with at least 2 of its colors.
You asked for the reasons behind one of them, I provided some (I want my spreadsheet to display the cards where they are the most useful as I use it as a tool to reach balance), because I had the feeling you genuisly wanted to have more informations about it.
This is exactly what I wanted, I am still learning cube-wise and was wondering why certain cards are put in certain sections.
Now I have the feeling you're trying to prove this classification is worst than your: if that is what you want to discuss, count me out, as it's not something I want to engage in, first because I feel it's not respectful, second because it's a dead horse that have been beat to dead far before you posted your messages, and third because at the end it doesn't matter anyway, as nobody will cut Noble Hierarch based on their classification system alone.

That's why I said "In my opinion".

Not trying to do this at all.
