The DGM one? Most likely because it wasn't a rumor, but a speculation until pictures are provided. Till then, onto Baseless speculation to speculate!

It wasn't deleted. It was moved to somewhere only staff can see it.

I can't imagine why. If the mods thought it was fake, it should've been locked and archived. If it were real, WoTC would not have confirmed it by asking MTGS to get rid of it.

None of the Rumor Mill mods were online so I moved it, notified them, and told them to process as they see fit once they log on.
@fnord - I don't know the exact way they handle things, so I took the cautious route. They'll get it.
