I like Boros because they are very aggro. I doubt they will be my new love like Rakdos was, but I think it should be fun anyway.

Dimir for Sure,

-Best Promo for Limited (Just an Instant Bomb, especially if they print more cheap cipher spells)

-Best Synergy to its alligned guilds, in my opinion

I think Dimir has the best promo card but that's about it. I'm not impressed with what we've seen of Dimir (when it comes to sealed play that is). Orzhov looks ok but there isn't much that makes it stand out for me either way. For sealed I'd say the best guilds are looking to be Gruul, Boros, and Simic. Gruul falls right in the middle there and RG agro is almost always good in sealed so that's what I'll be playing. Gruul and Simic have great synergy as most RG creatures should be able to trigger evolve. Gruul and Boros also work well together IMO as both guilds mainly want to turn creatures sideways.

Dimir is going to be like Izzet. Cool looking stuff that doesn't work well in limited and can't stand up to the other guilds (every Izzet player I saw or played against last time got steamrolled rather quickly).

I don't really get why so many people are focusing on the flavor and the colors they like. I'd rather win cards. But sealed play does bring out the spike in me.

I was originally going to go Orzhov, but the Simic have taught me otherwise. I feel as though evolve will be really good, since most of the creatures are well designed to trigger off some part on the next creature in the curve. And I think the promo will be deceptively powerful. And I like drawing cards.

As all Guild Mechanics are cinda Creature-related, i think you can evaluate them best by there Vulnurability to Removals:

1. Extort: You will often play multiple Creatures (or maybe Permanents?) with Extort so loosing one trigger, won't break your Neck.

2. Cipher: You still get value without encoding the spell, even if thats pretty inefficient.

3. Evolve: Same as Extort, you will often play more than one creature with this ability, but most opponents will just focus on killing your best creature.

4. Battallion: Good players will keep you at 2 Creatures or kill the best Battaion-trigger.

5. Bloodrusch: You really need a Creature with Trample or Flying to get good value of it, but even then you can still get 2-for-1ed way too easily!

Furthermore i would make my decision by wich 2 Colors get the most and best Removals.

Well with all (??? am I correct in saying they have spoiled all they planned on revealing as of today?) the cards spoiled I'm thinking Boros will be stronger in limited than my original choice, Orzhov.

I voted Boros because she's my fave promo (Lightning Helix on a stick. Heck yeah!)... but I love Cipher, so I'll probably play Dimir. I don't care for mill.dec, so hopefully I won't have to go the route of the promo. Wouldn't be too sad even if I did, though. Should be able to pull some Orzhov commons to Extort from my Cipher spells without much of a problem.

Me? Dimir or Simic. It will likely end in BUg or bUG anyways, so the question lies in what guild will get better commons/uncommons, so guild booster wouldn't look like bloody horror I've opened for Golgari.
Aand after careful consideration of commons/uncommons I'm going Boros (ugh). Probably Orzhov and Gruul would be better choice, but if with Boros I can take a deep breath and think of Gisela (EDH), perspective of playing taxing or just touching RG is horrifying.
