I've been trying to fully pimp it out for over a year now. It's slowly getting closer, but most of my landbase is still unpimped also, I need to have a look at my landbase and probably add more basics as it runs wayyy too many nonbasics.
That's a pretty shiny list you have there. I'm wondering what you do when someone lays down Nevermore naming your general. Just pray to draw into Oblivion Ring, Calming Verse, or Beast Within? I think I'd want a couple more answers for a card that will shut me down totally. Also, I agree with you on your manabase, but you should definitely find a spot for a Cavern of Souls and possibly a Hall of the Bandit Lord, maybe Boseiju, Who Shelters All depending on your meta. Why do you feel you need High Market in this deck? Let's see, what else, I might want something like Academy Rector if you're keeping High Market. That guy doesn't play around. Leyline of Sanctity would be pretty good to protect against edict effects, since you're unlikely to have something else to chuck besides Uril in this deck. Your build looks really good and really fun in any case, and really shiny too, good job getting it pimped! Hope some of my suggestions help some!

A good point! My meta hasn't caught onto Nevermore, thankfully. The closest thing that I've come across is having Uril tucked without any shuffle effects available for turns on end. When that happens, it can sometimes actually be beneficial. I know that might sound crazy, but hear me out! The rest of the table goes on thinking that I'm out of the game for the time being, so it buys me time to set up a Sigil of the Empty Throne or a Kor Spiritdancer (who is easily the second general of this deck. and part of the reason I cut Blessings of the Nephilim), which can go on to crush face Uril-style or win me the game via Mayael's Aria.
Yeah, I think all but the core fetches will be cut along with the bouncelands to add a few more basics. Cavern of Souls is, for some reason, a card I keep going back and forth on. I see the utility of it, but hate that it's a colorless land 95% of the time. I should really try it out, though. Being able to drop Uril without having to worry about counters is huge. And I already run quite a few colorless-only lands, so it should be fine.
Hall of the Bandit Lord is a great card that I somehow continue to forget to put into this deck. The only other haste-generator for uril is Slayers' Stronghold, so that's definitely an area that I'm lacking in. Thanks for reminding me! Boseiju, Who Shelters All is another card that is borderline for this deck. All-in-all I'm not a huge fan of him and hall because they come into play tapped.

My meta runs a lot of tuck (read: Hallowed Burial) because of this deck, so I'm running High Market to counter that. Academy Rector is a great idea and one that I'm on the fence about mostly because I try to keep this deck as creature-light as possible. But he counts as less of a creature in most instances than an enchantment tutor that puts the enchantment on the field, honestly... I like the synergy you saw here with market.
Leyline of Sanctity would be pretty good to protect against edict effects, since you're unlikely to have something else to chuck besides Uril in this deck.
Between the enchantresses, Fists of Ironwood's ability, Sigil of the Empty Throne, Selesnya Charm and an emergency Beast Within, I believe I'm as edict-proof as I want to be without adding cards in that water the deck down. Leyline of Sanctity is a great candidate for one more effect, though. Overall, my meta has much more wrath effects than edict effects, so this isn't something I'm going to change unless that shifts.

Thanks a ton for your input! I really appreciate it!
I used to run these (besides the beast) and eventually pulled them for some reason. I believe it was because I'm running such a high quantity of quality auras that I'm due to pull one (especially if I have my enchantress draw engine going) and decided I'd rather have other useful spells in the deck besides tutors. Sterling Grove serves a similar purpose to these cards but also functions as protection when my boardstate is set. I also don't like to overuse tutors if I can help it because the randomness of EDH is part of the draw for me.

Well, hey, the entire point of EDH is making a deck you enjoy playing and others like playing against, and I figured that was probably the reason for some of the exclusions. I figured I'd ask though! In my playgroup, we have a semi casual Mimeoplasm, a hardcore, cuttthroat, 1v1 tuned Kaalia, (by this I mean using every available tutor, Mind Twist, and more than one mass LD spell), and a Niv-Mizzet / Curiosity combo deck. But everyone considers it fun, so it works for us. I totally get how you want to play it though.
Okay, you sold me on the High Market. If you wanted to take a step further, Greater Good would let you sacrifice a soon-to-be-tucked Uril for a potential huge benefit. It doesn't really care about the rest of your deck though so it's probably only good in that one instance. Still, if everyone's packing Terminus and Hallowed Burial , it's a consideration. I'd say you have decent enough edict protection, upon a further review...the Leyline would only be something to consider if you run into lots of things like Mind Twist. Anyways great deck, might be time to build a Bigfoot deck soon for myself!
Flickerform protects Uril from tucks, clones, everything.
Mayael's Aria is a giant win-more card. If you've managed to get Uril to 20/20 AND lasted until your upkeep, I'm sure you would've won the game anyway. If you needed the lifegain you could've gotten it from better sources, etc.
Whip Silk looks bad because Uril is just one blocker and he doesn't want to be stuck on blocking duty.
