I've been playing this one for a while now and finally took some time to post it in this forum. It's generally a consensus deck with most of the top Kaalia targets here along with a high amount of removal cards to survive early turns and build mana. There is also a notable control/lock element to the deck with a small amount of recursion cards to create a re-animator subtheme.
Ideally this deck plays slowly in the beginning and removes any early threats, builds up mana, drops a number of threats that are difficult to answer and then either locks down the board with cards like Strangehold, Iona and/or Land Destruction in the form of Cataclysm or Catastrophe. Finishing moves include swinging into multiple attack phases and Kaalia triggers or using Sarkhan the Mad to burn out an opponent.
Kaalia decks do seem very consensus you don't have any really bad angel, demon or dragon, aside from Angelic Arbitor. The new DGM demon or either Akroma feels like it would do more.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.
Weiss Schwarz Sets
Accel World, Angel Beats, Familiar of Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Guilty Crown, Kill La Kill, Robotics;Notes, Sword Art Online.
Chaos Partners
Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Iona, Kirishima, Kongou.
Dangan Ronpa: Asahina, Togami.
Freezing: Vibration: Chiffon, Satelizer.
Vanguard Clans Favoured
Angel Feather, Dark Irregulars, Genesis, Neonecter, Pale Moon, Shadow Paladins, Tachikaze.

I originally didn't have Promise of Power in here because I was concerned about triple black but have since abandoned that concern and swapped it in for Nezumi Graverobber.
I like Ambition's Cost. It's reasonably priced and it puts the cards in your hand immediately which is an important feature.
Faithless Looting could probably be argued away, but the filter is nice and I can dump Anger into the graveyard which is useful. Or drop a fatty if Kaalia is offline and then bring it back with Unburial Rites.

+1 Promise of Power
Edit: And yeah I'm gonna put Obzedat's Aid and Master of Cruelties in here. Maybe swap out Arbiter and Thunder Dragon?
