While synergetic with spells like spellstutter sprite and thieving spirte, the card is just too slow and the creatures too fragile.

And a 1 faerie per turn generator of 1/1 flyers isnt going to be greatly limited playable imo.

The life loss can add up fast, especially vs an aggro deck.

Whoa. That's pretty dang nifty. I think it's awesome; it gives you an engine of creatures 1:1, and Faeries can get boosts from things like Scion or be championed away with Clique. It also costs 2, so it'll land pretty early and start helping to lay the beats. You might have to start running Tendrils to offset damage, but that's fine, I believe. It's pretty solid, since it also helps to evade mass removal, spitting out a Fae every turn.

I don't know... 1 life a turn isn't all that much, and you're slowly building up an army of flyers that can be used as chump blockers or to beat down the foe. Add in the aforementioned synergy with Spellstutter Sprite and the fact that Scion of Oona pumps them all, AND the fact that there will no doubt be some cards synergistic with Lords in MOR, and I think it's pretty decent.

EDIT: Just realized that it's a Faerie itself. Low on life? Drop a Mistbind Clique and Champion it right out of the game. Nice.

Uh its great.. its A Tribal Enchantment so it can Pump up your Goyfs..
it makes CREATURES for the cost of life and they cannot be countered...
You only lose 1 life for a Flyer even if its a 1/1
You are building up creatures much faster then your opponent can cast them (presumably)
the enchantment itself counts as a faerie and it makes faerie's so all of the tribal synergy is there
the tokens are rogues so it can help with Prowl abilities in the set
Faerie's are good in T2 and in limited so this card will just help that out some more
It pumps out creature tokens for black like what more needs to be said

It has some synergy with essence warden... You could use the faeries to hold off the opponent while getting enough counters on garruk to pump them and swing FTW. As it would be green black anyways, essence warden might be able to offset the lifeloss.
Overall, it has some nice synergy with some cards, but probably not constructed playable. However, it might be worth testing.
Edit: As an earlier poster said, tendrils might also work for lifegain.

definite sb card vs UB mannaquin control t2 this is almost as good as t2 eyes of the wisent vs mannaquin control. btw im talking block constructed here also good vs mirror faeries.

Might be fun with Dryad's Caress-style effects later in the game, assuming you can keep a large number of your dudes around (if you're splashing green, you could also Lignify them into blockers or pump up with Gaea's Anthem).

this is so awesome.
in limited, 1 1\1 flyer a turn is awesome, and losing 1 life is not a big deal. each fairy you make will actually do like 3 dmg at least to your opponent, and this comes out as early as turn 2! and after this is in play for like 1 turn, spellstutter will counter almost anything!
its also an enchantment, which means it really isnt fragile.

also, in constructed i can see it making a big impact with either Garruk, whice will overrun with them, or Greater Gargadon, who will feed off them even better then he does on Ephocrasite.

This is almost better than Phyrexian Arena! Oh I love this card

This card is actually fantastic, but much better versus Control.

Fantastic versus Control decks:

- Turn two so hard to counter
- A constant stream of tokens hitting the player
- More Faeries means better Spellstuttering/Thieving
- An Enchantment is hard to remove. Even harder with a Scion out since it is a Faerie.

Not so good versus Aggro (read not so bad either):
- Constant Lifeloss traded for whimpy creatues
- Sometimes I'd rather lose 1 life for a blocker than 6 life to a Tarmogoyf.
- Those whimpy creatures can finish someone off with a well timed Scion.

I love this card. Sign me up for 40 pls kthnx. It should be either maindecked or sideboarded in most Faerie or Rogue decks.

Combos:
- Faerie Harbinger to Tutor
- Mistbind Clique to Champion and remove if you don't want to pay 1 life anymore.
- Paradox Haze for quicker tokens.

The only bad thing I can think of is that it is yet another chase faerie rare for me to collect in foil

It's a good card for U/B fairy builds because it has no mana commitment, so you can leave mana for countering and flashing. Also, it means that morningtide will have token arts for a fairy.

More fairy spoilers please. Really keeping my fingers crossed for one similar to dimir cutpurse.

Hey, Sacred Mesa generates tokens even slower, and it's good.
