Default [MOR] Fertilid, Stingmoogie, & Festercreep (Rumored)

Goodmorning all!

This next bunch of rumored goodies features a +1/+1 counters theme, which alongside the reinforce keyword, is seen on a few cards in the set... or so I'm told.

Spoiler:

Fertilid
2g
Creature - Elemental
Fertilid comes into play with two +1/+1 counters on it.
1g, remove a +1/+1 counter from Fertilid: Target player searches his or her library for a basic land card and puts it into play tapped. Then that player shuffles his or her library.
0/0
Common.

Stingmoogie
3r
Creature - Elemental
Stingmoogie comes into play with two +1/+1 counters on it.
3r, remove a +1/+1 counter from Stingmoogie: Destroy target artifact or land.
0/0
Common.

Festercreep
1b
Creature - Elemental
Festercreep comes into play with a +1/+1 counter on it.
1b, remove a +1/+1 counter from Festercreep: All other creatures get -1/-1 until end of turn.
0/0
Common

Nice huh?

Please feel free to discuss these rumored cards here in a sensible manner... preferably as intelligently as you can allow.

Enjoy!

I really like the fertilid. That guy is pretty decent in limited.

The Sage we already knew aboot, but the Rampant Growth on a Stick looks nice. Stingbooger... meh... And Uncle Fester's big brother should put a shudder in any Kithkin player's step.

Nice. Maybe not STE level but still it's a blocker and 2 lands filtered out of your library. Probably not constructed worthy but should be considered in Mana Ramp style decks.

So, double Pillage? GR Mana Ramp might like this boy in mirror and control matches.

Unless we get a cheap, uncounterable, preferably land based way of creating multiple +1/+1 counters I don't see this guy making a big splash in constructed.

Fertilid is incredibly strong and could see play if there was an easy way to keep adding counters to him.

The others seem pretty weak to me, although it's nice to see some LD, even if it costs 8 mana to destroy 1 land.

more like his little brother. Festercreep only comes into play with 1 counter, so he can only do his thing once (unless he somehow gets other counters!). these are all meh, imo. they will combo with Reinforce, which is a mechanic i don't see doing much of anything.

FG can only hit one creature; FC hits all of them. That's why he's the big brother.

Too bad fertilid can only get basics. If the little guy could get forests I would be in heaven right now.

I hope we get more than one creature like this in each color, these guys are cool.

Multiple. Multiple counters. Not one.

So +1/+1 counters are much more relevant now. Good batch!

I think he quoted the wrong post.

while forest searching would make it more powerful in constructed land, limited needs the basic land clause not the forest clause.

And so does casual constructed.

I'm thrilled to see the +1/+1 counter theme. Every since RAV rotated, my "counter" spell deck has been missing Aquastrand Spider and Cytoplast Rootkin.

Festercreep is a cool name and seems pretty good for limited.

Thanks, Hydro!

O Doubling Season, where art thou?

EDIT:

Incremental growth is now a more worthy pick with these new cards.

I really like these cards especially the festercreep i think thats very tasty in limited and don't get me wrong but they just feel like graft revisited, i would have thought having evoke on them would fit better into the theme.
edit: sorry, thanks hydro for the info
