I think that if you were playing a UGw blink deck with goyf, cloudskate, mulldrifter, venser among other things you could do a lot worse than a 4 power flyer for 5 that will 3 for one at it's worst and (if you have to drifters in GY) 7 for 1 at best.

I think he's fine.

Nice... I like white creatures and cards that return creatures to play (Second Sunrise, Proclamation of Rebirth!).

I read the same mana and evoke cost on this card (EDIT> Same as OP. Not same as same cost). I like the more expensive Evoke cost than mana cost, nice design IMO.

I will surely spend some time on this card. Searching gatherer for two creatures that can make this go infinite.
In a standard enviroment this creature is quite good with Incandescent Soulstoke. (I just noticed it's 2 or less power, not 2 or less mana cost - it's way better now!) With Soulstoke you can attack for 5 and then return 2 Mulldrifters from your graveyard to play.

In limited it's obviously good IMO. A 4/3 flyer for 5 mana, that gains you two creatures if it dies! Seems too good to be true.
Although i know nothing about competative constructed magic anymore, i think this guy might even show up in some WU (or WUb) Elemental control deck based of Makeshift Mannequin.

Morningtide has got me really excited.
