*Yawns.*

Nothing spectacular. If we want excessive lifegain we have the White Reflection enchantment.

Another crappy rare.

Huh. This is definitely the white Hideaway creature. I would have expected it to have a slightly closer tie to the Hideaway trigger. I guess the dragon as well has no specific tie to 7 damage, just to damage itself.

As for the card: Fairly impressive stats. 5/7 flying is not awful for 7 mana (compare to Archangel), it effectively has lifelink most of the time you'd want it to, and it also gives this ability to your other guys.

But in reality, 7 mana is too much for a creature that doesn't do a lot in the early game (Eternal Dragon).

Cycle? EDIT: Ah, windbrisk, right. It has so little to do with the land, I totally forgot.

Man, that is a creature worth protecting. It is probably too expensive and hard to protect, but it is a pretty nice swing, too.

This is pretty good in a casual token-producing swarm deck.

Add with the enchantment that puts an elf into play each time a -1/-1 counter goes anywhere for fun.

I like the art, but 7 mana is too much for something that doesn't win you the game

I'm a little disappointed actually. It seems to have the least connection to its respective land that we have seen so far. Sadly though, I don't think this is even that great as is. It will make a nice fat flyer in limited, but that mana cost is really what hurts all of the hideaway creatures.

Nice pic! Can we call it Big Bird? It's a shame the card itself is a little meh, for one more mana you get the the timeshifted angel.

Wohoo.. another casual only card, this set is full of them. I don't see myself playing this anyways.

I would like to run it in my Life Gain deck, but...it's awful expensive. And outside of casual play...I don't see a lot of use for him. *shrugs*

The 5/5 angel with persist for 3WWW is the big white flier for this set, constructedly-speaking anyway. This guy is the biggest Bird in the game and very cool in his own right. I like! Just not going to win many tournaments imo.

EDIT: The previous record went to Darba, and even that is misleading because he's a flightless emu type thing.
