Cursecatcher is incredible. A strong one-drop in a relevant tribe.

Wow, Force Spike on a stick seems really good.

Cursecatcher is good. I like it. It may see some play in constructed.

And sinking feeling goes well with Grim Poppet, not to mention making that annoying creature smaller or useless.

Thanks, Imps. Keep up the good work.

the first one's okay and the send is ... well a bit weird, I'll have to play with it before I know how good it is.

Both of those are actually pretty good. Sinking Feeling is Flowstone in Blue and it only requires colorless to kill the guy with.

Cursecatcher is great! Force Spike with less surprise and more body.

Sinking Feeling is rather boring.

Thanks, Imp!

Cursecatcher would not be that bad of a 1 drop in fish if the format focussed more on instant and sorceries, but still it has plenty of targets like hitting incinerate that targets your lords for example. They can play around it but if they do that it already done it's job of slowing the opponent down Might see play in a Merfolk-fish deck.

Sinking feeling is a pseudoremoval for blue in limited and can also work with cards that benefit from -1/-1 counters like Poppet or Leechbonder. It is also a 3 card combo with Morselhoarder and Flourishing Defenses, but that is way to slow and complicated to be playable outside casual.

Cursecatcher has also helped me come up with the missing name for the "Hole in the Head" card - Counterbore.

Hm... usable cards.

Cursecatcher U

A conditional force spike on a stick ? I1m not sure if it's constructed playable. In limited it could be a good early drop, but seems absolutely unusable in the middle and lategame.

Sinking Feeling 2u

Huh... a versatile card, could be good with tap abilities. And sometimes it's a removal. I really don't feel it as a strong common tought.

Sinking Feeling is good pseudoremoval...it can't get rid of fat (unless you want their fat to have vigilance), but it can take out tap-utility guys with ease.

Unfortunately, it can't take out things that remove counters from themselves, or untappers, which might make it less useful than at first glance.

Thanks Imp!

Er, I'm not exactly seeing how Sinking Feeling is a removal card since the creature's controller can determine exactly how fast the counters are put on. Now, granted, if you put it on a 'big dumb' creature, it's akin to giving it defender (or worse, if you can tap it), but OTOH it does nothing to get rid of creatures with static abilities.

It seems like it would be best used proactively with cards that either want to untap or cards that want -1/-1 counters.
